"backseat serenade, dizzy huricane. oh God, i'm sick of sleeping alone. you're salty like a summer day, kiss the sweat away, to your radio!" I drum with my hands on my lap and sing along to the music.

"we're here!" mikey says twisting the key and taking it from the ignition, opening his door.

"food, food, food!" i shout, skipping around the parking lot to the glass entrance.

i yank the door open and welcome the cool breeze of the indoors.

the boys come in a few seconds later.

"can i get a ten piece chicken nugget with sweet and sour sauce and a medium dr. pepper."

michael chuckles from behind me. "so punk." he mumbles.

the boys continue to order as i look around, spotting a childrens indoor playhouse. i run toward the door and swing it open.

i look to my right and see a rack of cubbies where a few shoes and socks are in.

i walk over the wooden cubbies, taking of my black vans and socks, putting them in it. throwing my phone in there as well.

i climb into the dark blue hole and see small lime green steps. the steps go around in a circle.

i put my hands and feet on two different steps and walk up the stairs like that, so i wouldn't hit my head.

when i finally reach a wall that has an opening meaning another part of the playset.

i crawl around until i see a room shaped like an octagon and go in.

there playing tic tac tow are two kids. one looks about ten with brown hair. and the other looking about thirteen with dark brown hair.

"no, dustin! stop cheeting!" the little girl complains, swirling the X around.

"whatever!" the boy yells going on to another part on the wall.

i clear my throat, causing both kids to look up at me.

"oh, hello!" the girl chirps.

"hi, i'm casey." i smile. so does the little girl. "i'm jessi, and the dude over there is my older brother dustin."

"nice to meet you."

"don't you think you are a bit too old for a playground?" the boy says turning towards me.

"aren't you a bit too young to be a smart ass?" i mock and she giggles.

"casey, let's go!" i hear calum call from outside. "ok, be there in a minute!" i yell back crawling towards the exit. "bye!" i say to the kids before wandering to the slide and sliding down.

"wee!" i say like a child. i get up off the plastic and walk to my shoes and slip them on over my socks.

"k, lets go!"
