My times not up yet.

Chapter7:Void

  I was sitting in my room deep in meditation focusing on centering myself for the hunt. Clockwork was next to me as I did so. In my mind I could see something that wasn't there before, a black void that seemed to be endless. It called to me and I walked deeper into it. I could see endless scenes of carnage wrought by the other proxies throughout the ages.

      The power the void contained was immense and so appealing. My eyes snapped open as I stood abruptly with a snarl like grin. "So much power and haven't even become a full proxy yet." I spoke in an excited voice. "You saw the void, didn't you?" Clockwork asked as I looked at her.

    "Yes, and it's so enticing." I replied with a whisper. "I'm going to go grab a shower." I said grabbing a black tank top and a pair of red and black camo shorts. I blasted killer in the mirror through my Bluetooth speaker as I showered. "Perfect song for us." Clockwork said as she watched something on tv.

   I got out of the shower about 15 minutes later and got dressed quickly. "Clockwork, I'm going to go grab some stuff from the store." I said walking past her and opening my front door. "God damn it Jeff!!" I yelled as he was standing right in the doorway.

   I lashed out punching him right in his face where his nose was supposed to be. "What the hell man?!" Jeff yelled stumbling back. "I told you not to lurk behind doors last time didn't I?" I replied as I walked by him and began heading to the store a few blocks from the apartment.

    I had my headphones in listening to a song called stronger than you by through fire as I walked thinking with a murderous glee about the hunt tonight. I got to the store and walked inside making a beeline towards the venom energy drinks. I grabbed 5 cans of the mango flavor one and some taki chips then paid and left.
 
  I stopped outside the store and cracked one of the drinks open taking a long sip. Then something happened that made me do a spit take. The very guy I planned on killing tonight was walking up to the store. "Well that's convenient." I muttered softly.

    He walked inside being an ass to the employees in the store and I just chuckled darkly."Enjoy being an asshole for now because you won't be living tomorrow." I mouthed as he walked out of the store ignoring me completely. "Time to head home." I said being lazy and using my one slender-step to reappear in the living room scaring Jeff and Clockwork

 
   "Since when could ya fuckin do that?!" Jeff exclaimed as I sipped my energy drink. I ignored him and texted Ben to wipe the security footage from the store's cameras of me teleporting.

   "Since last night Voldemort." I said not looking at Jeff."Oh fuck you." Jeff said in response. "Didn't know you swung that way Jeff." What will the fangirls think?" I teased walking into my kitchen so I could put my remaining four cans into the fridge.

   "Why did you come here anyway?" I asked him."Slender told us he'd made you a semi-proxy so I came here to see for myself." Jeff answered as I began to chug down the drink I held. I tossed the empty can away then headed to my room.

   I sat on my bed soaking in the void I could feel within myself as I waited for the sun to set. I sat there in my head staring into the black void for hours as I waited. Finally night fell and my eyes snapped open."Finally, it's time." I spoke with bloodlust oozing from my voice. I put on my masked hoodie and exhaled as I left my bed.

   I walked into the living room and Clockwork was waiting for me."His apartment is in the middle section of the complex." I said as we walked outside into the night. I was silent focusing on the violent things I planned to do as we walked.

    Finally we made it to the scum's apartment and we slipped inside through a window the dumbass had left unlocked. We crept through the darkened house heading to his kitchen where he was sitting. I hit him hard in the head knocking him unconscious and I tied him up.

   "Wake the fuck up!"I yelled as I slammed my fist into his gut effectively waking him up."Who the fuck are you?!" He yelled through the small gap I'd left void of tape on his mouth. "My names Bloodletter, and the gorgeous woman next to me is Clockwork."

   "What the fuck is this man?!" What did I do to you?!" He asked as he struggled fruitlessly."Oh its not what you did to me that landed you here." I spoke answering his question. "It's what you did to everyone you've ever sold to." Clockwork said with a chuckle.

    "This world is sick." Its polluted by bad blood, people who profit off the suffering of those less fortunate than them." It's my job to make the bad blood spill out of the bleeding wound this planet has become." I spoke in a low demonic tone. "You've become part of the problem that needs to be solved." I said driving my blade into his right eye.

   He screamed into the tape which muffled his cries as I pulled the eye from the socket with a squelching sound that would have caused a lesser man to throw up. Clockwork took the man's left eye digging her knife just deep enough to make a bloody mess of his left eye socket.

   "Awe look at that, a little pain and he's already passed out." I said tossing his eye from my knife's blade onto the floor. I jabbed my knife into his right leg around mid thigh region twisting the blade into his wound sending blood spurting onto the floor in pools. His screams grew louder as Clockwork carved up his chest and other leg as I kept stabbing in non lethal places sending more blood spraying onto the floor and wall.

       "Piece of shit." I spat out looking at the half conscious man. "Clockwork you can finish this one off." I said pulling out red spray paint. I stood facing a section of the wall that was devoid of blood and began to paint my message:This world is infected by trash who profit off the innocents with no one to make them pay until now.I am the one who will  purge the bad blood in the world, I am BloodLetter
 

      I painted the proxy symbol under my message and Clockwork painted "your time is up" right underneath the symbol as I left out the window we'd entered through. I walked back home followed by Clockwork after a few moments. We entered my place and I immediately went to my bed."That wore me out,I'm gonna crash." Clockwork hesitates briefly but follows into my room and we collapse in my bed together falling asleep.
