Sunday evening crystal and I were at the library looking at books based off our classes on what we needed more explaining on.

"how was the lil study lesson?" Crystal grinned at me.

"it went well, he's a big help to me,"

"if he's a star student why does he skip the most?"

I shrugged, "you talk as if I know his life story," I laughed.

"I know I know, I just find it weird,"

"maybe hes just that good," I guess.

We continued to quietly read our books and write notes in our notebooks. I looked up a couple drawing tutorials online to see other styles of drawing.

It seems everyone is so good.. I thought to myself, I'll never get anywhere close to a skill like these people. I continued to wright in my notebook and began to think of Jungsoo again and what he had covered on that canvas. I was never the type to intrude on ones privacy but curiosity has gotten the best of me.

About 3 hours later we walked out the library to go back to our dorm to call and check up on our parents. When we got halfway there I looked up and saw Jungsoo sitting at the top of the hill. I stopped and crystal kept walking then stopped to see what I was doing.

"I'll catch up later," I told her then ran over to the tall hill. I slowed my pace as I got closer.

"seems like I'm caught," he said without turning towards me.

I frowned, "do you have an eye in the back of your head?"

He turned with a small smile, "I just knew it was you once I felt the atmosphere change.." he said.

I sat next to him in the grass, "is it a good feeling or bad?"

"more like a..relaxed feeling," he said.

I nodded my head, "I like the sound of that..."

"I know you have a question," he said suddenly.

I looked at him, "what do you mean?"

He looked at the cloudless sky, "there's something on your mind, I can feel it."

I looked at the ground, "well I was curious on why you where absent so much,"

He continued to look at the sky, "I find quiet places to bond with my loved ones,"

I gave a nod then realized he was in the middle of a quiet place, "oh. Did I intrude on something?" I asked quietly.

He looked at me and gave a small laugh, "No. Mother doesn't mind,"

I Cocked my head to the side, "mother?"

He looked down, "she passed away a month ago," he said softly then he looked at me with a smile, "but don't fret about it, I knew it would happen and I prepared for it. We just communicate through silence now,"

My heart had a strange feeling, and I had this urge to give him a hug. "I'm sorry to hear that," I said softly.

He shook his head, "it's ok. I'm just glad that she's out of her misery, she's in a better place now."
