That familiar beeping sound haunted me all night. I couldn't even sleep with the horrid vision of Jungsoo laying in his deathbed with those dark circles around his eyes and his scary pale skin cold as death. Hearing his once calm and pleasing voice in my head that became silent and struggling for him to speak. I waited in the lobby with siwon for him. For him to come back alive again, to eat ice cream and foreign foods with me without a worry in the world.....and to; create cherishing memories with me.
One of the doctors walked out with the usual sorry look in his face. He didn't even have to speak, it was that universal expression that read "we did all we could". I shook my head with tears in my eyes refusing to believe such a thing.
"he's not dead.." I muttered.
"ma'am.... Im sorry but--"
"HE'S NOT DEAD!!" I yelled with clenched fists.
Siwon put an arm around me but I shook him off, "Camille, try to relax.." he whispered.
"he's not dead..." I whimpered as I collapsed to the floor hugging on my knees rocking back and fourth, "he's not dead...."
The doctor spoke something in Korean to Siwon that sounded like "please get her out of here,"
"sorry, I'll get her home," he whispered to the doctor.
He pulled me to my feet and guided me back to his car.

Monday morning, I didn't even bother going to class, I told crystal I'd catch up with her later. I went to the Secret Garden and slowly walked through its entrance, the atmosphere felt different without Jungsoo. As if it was missing something important. I walked over to the little stream and sat by its edge and gazed at the clear water. I stared at my own reflection and took a deep breath remembering all the good memories I had here and this beautiful sanctuary. I touched on my mood ring making it turn a dark blue. I couldn't even cry anymore, but my heart still felt low and heavy. I sat still and listened to the silence around me. "Your son was amazing," I said aloud to Jungsoo's mother, "to great of a person to be taken away so soon.." I whispered.
A slight wind came through blowing a few petals in the air. The environment suddenly felt like someone was near.
"that's why you're here to make his dreams real," spoke a unnatural voice.
I slowly looked up and gasped at the sight of a Stunning Woman in a glowing white dress. She was so unreal, her long wavy black hair ran down her flawless pale skin and her lips shinned a perfect natural pink. She was so angelic so ageless and.... So, Perfect. I tried to speak but I was so breath taken.
The angel smiled at me, "don't be alarmed my child," she spoke, "I want you to know that my son; Jungsoo still has a chance in life. For you see he still has unfinished goals in life. Goals that can only be completed with you, a being with a loving heart and pure soul."
"m-me?" I stammered.
"yes my child," she said. Then she gently placed a hand over my eyes closing them, "now, rest your eyes and your mind. For all the torture and pain shall go away."
Everything blacked out after her angelic voice faded away. Did I really get touched by an angel?

[[many years later]]
"Mommy! I want ice cweam!"cried out the young toddler pointing at the sign.
Camille smiled and Picked the small child up, "Taesong, you'll spoil your appetite for lunch sweetie, and I don't want you gettin sick from any fast rides at the theme park,"
"aww but mama..." pouted the child.
Jungsoo rustled the little boys hair, "hey listen to your mother," he said, "maybe if your good we can get a little sweet treat after we get on another ride.
"otay daddy," Taesong said, "I wanna ride te mewwy go wound!!" then looked at his mother with eager eyes, "can momma wide te mewwy go wound to?"
Camille smiled and felt on her 8 months pregnant belly, "yeah Kita and I can handle it,"
Taesong felt on his mothers stomach, "Kita! You will wove te mewwy go wound!! It's fun!"
The family went to the merry go round ride. When it was their turn Camille took a seat on a sled looking chair while Jungsoo held onto Taesong on one of the horses.
Jungsoo smiled, "ya ready?"
The small child laughed with joy as the joyful music played onto the ride. Camille took out her camera and took a picture of her husband and son, "say cheese!"
After the ride the family went to a picnic table to eat lunch, Camille gave Taesong his sliced sandwiches and diced apples. After Jungsoo and Camille got their own food Jungsoo placed an arm around his wife.
"did you hear Crystal got hired as a music producer at a top record company in Korea," Camille informed.
"really? That's amazing! She was always talented with music,"
Camille grinned, "yeah, she said she want me to photograph for her after I have The baby,"
"wonderful, you know.... Siwon wants to marry her right?"
Camille laughed, "really??? That's so cute!"
" I thought so as well,"
She looked at her own diamond ring and smiled, "they'll make a wonderful couple,"
The two finished their food and looked at their son Taesong.
"he's precious isn't he?" Jungsoo smiled proudly.
"yes he is," she said.
He placed a hand over Camille's large stomach, "I can't wait to meet her,"
She placed her hand over his, "me either, she'll be our little princess."
"it's like we've been blessed by an angel after all these years," he stated, "we were lucky to bring Taesong into this world, you have a successful photography studio, and we now have a complete and perfect family,"
Camille rubbed his hand and gave him a kiss, "and especially your miracle heal from that night in the hospital,"
Jungsoo nodded his head remembering that fateful night when he flat lined multiple times but miraculously woke up completely healthy and cancer free the next morning.
A light breeze came through and The couple looked up into the blue sky and saw white flower petals fly through the air feeling at peace with the smooth breeze.
"mother will always watch over us,"
