Lilys POV:
"Remember what?" I asked.

"I heard your last name and it sounded familiar, but it didn't click till now."

"What didn't click!? Barbara I need to know!" I had a feeling deep within me that my nightmare had come true.

"Your sister. She killed your father and then burned the house down. They haven't been able to find her since."

"She's headed here, to Gotham. How long ago did this happen?

"About 3 to 4 days ago. How do you know she's headed here?" She asked, I explained the whole situation with the dreams that I've been having, after that she left and went and found Sionis to get what she wanted.

For the next few weeks all I could think about was my sister. Leila and Jerome helped calm me down most of the time, but that didn't stop me from hearing the voices in my head. At this point I was on the brink of going insane.

"Someone tell me a funny story." Barbara said looking at Jerome, cause God knows he's the only one at this table who has good stories. But instead Sionis spoke up. Watch it be that same damn story about the ponies again.

"I have a good one. So when I was in college I played for the varsity polo team, and I had a string of ponies-" He was cut off by a new inmate being shoved into the room.

"Greetings! I am Zaardon! The soul reaper!" The inmate yelled and everyone looked at him.

"So I had these ponies." Sionis continued and I laid back against Jerome's chest, bored out of my mind with this story. Barbara continued getting her toenails painted by Aaron.

"Hear me slaves! My patients is wearing thin." Zaardon was now standing on top of a table in the middle of the room and we all stared at him in confusion and amusement. "Surrender your souls to to my mercy, or I swear by the master I shall feast on your pain! I shall gorge on your torment! I shall crush you like a bug! I- I-" He started coughing uncontrollably as he collapsed on the table, as he did so, blue gas started coming out of his mouth.

We all stood up staring at it. Jerome put me protectively behind him as I held onto his arm, looking over his shoulder. Soon we all started coughing and my vision was becoming blurry.

"J-Jerome. I don't f-feel so good..."

"I don't either, Lil. Hang in there." He told me, but I couldn't. My grip on his arm loosened and I collapsed to the floor, Jerome tried to catch me but instead he ended up falling beside me. His eyes closed and I looked around and noticed all the other inmates passed out too, as well as Leila. I heard an alarm going off and gunshots coming from outside, that was the last thing I heard before everything went completely black.

——

I slowly woke up with my vision a little blurry. The room felt like it was spinning, I tried to move but then realized I was strapped down in an upright position. I looked around me and noticed I wasn't alone, all of my friends were strapped down as well. Whoever has us is rich, I've never even been in a place this nice. There's statues made of gold by each window that looked over the dark and gloomy city, the floor was made of dark black marble, and there's a row of huge lights above us, they could almost pass as chandeliers. And then of course the normal paintings that every rich person has in their house.
