Aphmau's POV

𝙾𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚋𝚎𝚛 1𝚜𝚝

I wake up to the birds chirping and the sun shining down on me.

My alarm clock had woken me up, I can't wake myself up!

LIKE, IM NOT A MONSTER OR ANYTHING!

Ahem, anyways, to avoid all the chancla threats, I swing my legs to the edge of the bed, not seeming to touch the floor.

I ignore the fact that universe is telling me I'm short, and continue on with my day.

I grab my uniform and head downstairs to get a mini breakfast.

I see my mom all dressed up to go out, but why? She doesn't have work until what, 10:00?

My mom catches me going down the stairs from the corner of her eye and greets me good morning.

"Good Morning hija! You're up early!"

"Yea.." I mumble opening the pantry for some bread.

"What are you doing hija?" My mom questions.

"Getting breakfast..?"

"Put that back! We're going to....MCDONALDS FOR BREAKFAST!!!"

"REALLY!???!" I exclaim popping my head out from the pantry.

"Uh Huh homegirl!"

"EEEEE!!! LET'S GO!!!"

"Ah Ah Ah, aren't you forgetting something?"

"What..?"

"Say Thank And I love you or we aren't going anymore."

"I-BUT-WHY-UGHHHHH! Fine....for the McDonald's only though..."

I go up to my mom and clear my throat.

"Thanks And...I...love you."

"What was that last part? I couldn't hear you." My mom smirks.

"I LOVE YOU!!" I shout, but not angrily.

"There you go. Now get to the car!"

I nod as I excitedly grab my school things + phone and happily skip to the car.

My mom comes into the car, and props herself onto the driver's seat.

We both buckle up, and head off into the city to the King of fast food restaurants, Burger King.

"Wait, what? Burger King? I didn't sign up for this!" I exclaim taking my eyes off the script.

"SHHHHH IT'S A JOKE! STICK TO THE SCRIPT! YOU'RE BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL!" Author person yells.

"Okay, okay.." I say putting on my glasses and reading the script.

We make it to McDonald's and pull up to the drive thru.

I arrive to school all full, but satisfied.

I had kept some pancakes for school, and am eating em right now.

I'm sitting under a shady spot on the grass below a tree I didn't recognize.

I sit down and turn around to get my backpack when I spot it.

I stare up at the carving on the nice mix of birch and oak bark.

Me and Aaron's names were engraved into the tree.
