Aaron's POV
𝙾𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚋𝚎𝚛 1𝚜𝚝
I was just working on some homework when I got a call from an unknown number.
I pick up curious,
"Hello?" I reply.
"ALPHA!" Three voices yell from the other side.
"Dottie, Daniel, Rylan? What is it?" I question.
"Well," Dottie sniffs, "Both of our Alphas, were hurt. BADLY. We don't care about Ein's injury, but we just wanted to tell you about Aphmau's since you guys are close and that stuff.."
I start breathing heavily, but realize my eyes would turn red soon.
"How bad..?" I growl.
"Like Dottie said, very bad. But on a scale of 1 to 10 buns, it would be a solid 9 buns." Daniel says.
"Text me the address, I'm on my way." I reply then hang up.
It's about a 5 hour drive to Phoenix Drop from FCU, but my last class had finished already so I can stay at the hospital until...possibly 1:00 AM.
I grab my hoodie, slip it on, grab my bandana, wrap it around my eyes, my phone, my wallet, then my keys and head out to the bus stop for Phoenix Drop.
A few seconds I had got out of the freshman dorms, I get stopped by Katelyn.
"I heard what happened, I'm coming with you." She states.
I smile lightly, and we head to the bus station together.
We arrive just in time, the bus was already there. Me and Katelyn head in and give the money to the driver and head to a seat.
I sit at an empty seat next to a window, with Katelyn placing herself beside me.
The bus driver waits a bit more, then closes the doors and starts driving.
"Hey, Aaron?" Katelyn asks.
"Hm?" I hum.
"Why are you wearing a bandanna over your eyes? Isn't that, I dunno, odd? Can you see through it?" Katelyn questions.
"I uh, well I can't really explain why I wear the bandanna just yet, but I know it's kinda odd, but yes I can see through it." I answer.
She nods her head knowing right now isn't the time to argue, so she just looks out the other window leaning on the chair.
I look at my phone for the text, it says:
"Unknown number: '1617 Celestial place, Phoenix Garnet Hospital' "
I take the number and add it as a contact, labeling it: "The Bun Trio" .
Katelyn glances at my phone screen and sees the contact.
" 'The bun Trio' ? What kind of contact is that?"
"Shut up, you don't get it."
"Pfft, okay. By the way, what's my contact name?" She questions.
"Volleyball girl who abuses Travis." I snicker.
"WHAT!? LEMME SEE THAT!" She yells trying to grab my phone.
"Oh no you don't!" I laugh.
The rest of the ride was a blur.
But before I could remember, we arrived to Phoenix Drop.
Once me and Katelyn got off the bus, we realized that we were dropped off coincidentally at Celestial Place, which is the street the Hospital is at.
