How to Save a Life

Chapter 8

 I wrapped myself in a towel and went inside to talk to Perrie.

   "Perrie?" I called as I walked upstairs.

    "Who is it?" she called from her room.

    "It's Layan," I said.

    "I'm sorry, I'm busy," she said. I rolled my eyes.

    "I just wanted to say that I'm nothing you should be worried about. I'm just 

Liam's old friend and I came for a visit, and Zayn said he needed swimming 

lessons, so I offered to teach him," I said truthfully. Then Perrie opened the 

door.

    "And I'm sorry for borrowing your swim-suit bottoms, we where coming from 

the studio, so I didn't have anything to wear," I said.

    "It's okay, I'm sorry for being rude earlier, I don't know what got to me," 

Perrie said. 

    "Oh, it's fine! Don't blame yourself." I said shaking my head.

    "Do you want to go swimming?" Perrie asked. 

     "I think I'm going to stick with the hot tub," I said.

     "Same here," Perrie said as we headed downstairs. We got the the steaming 

hot tub and started to talk. We had a bad start, but I think that we can be 

friends, she is so funny and sweet! We got a bit tired of the hot tub, so we 

went for a dip in the pool, but we ended up in the the tub again after that.

   I was talking to Perrie, when I noticed two girls. I recognized Danielle, and 

I was pretty sure that the other girl was Louis' girlfriend, Eleanor. They 

talked to the boys for a bit and then Liam must of told them about me, because 

they both looked my way and then headed over to where Perrie and I where.

   "Hi Perrie," Eleanor said.

   "Hi," Perrie said quietly. I could tell that they didn't get along very well.

    "Layan! I have heard so much about you! It's great to finally meet you," 

Danielle said as she got in the tub. 

    Eleanor did too, but it was too hot or her so she just dipped her feet in.

    "It's great to meet you too! Your Danielle of coarse, and you must me 

Eleanor?" I said. They nodded and then the four of us started to chat. 

   I was a bit confused on why Danielle was here. I though she broke up with 

Liam. Well I guess she is still part of the group. 

    "So where is Liam's girlfriend? Jane right? I haven't met her yet," I said.

    "She is a model, and right now she has this big photo shoot in Australia," 

Danielle said. 

    "What is she like?" I asked curiously.

    "Well I'm Liam's Ex, so you shouldn't hear it from me, but I do not like 

her," Danielle said as she shook her head.

    "I met her when we all went out to dinner one night, and she couldn't keep 

her hand off him, I'm like please no PDA. Plus she was really rude. When Liam 

was around, she would be all sweet an polite, but she is a total bitch when he 

isn't around," Eleanor said.

    "Liam can do so much better," Danielle said. 

    "I agree! The other day, Zayn, Liam, Jane and I all went out for dinner, and 

Liam left to the bathroom, and I was sitting at the bar with Zayn, having a  drink, and Jane was drinking wine, and she walked over to me and 'tripped' and spilled her wine all over my new white shirt ." Perrie said and she paused for dramatic affects.

 "I was like, 'excuse me? What the hell was that for?' and she she gave me a weird look, as if I did 

something wrong. And she said, 'your shirt just doesn't match with your pants, I wanted to fix your outfit,' And I was just in disbelief and Liam came back, and that dumb arse, Jane was as sweet as an angel," Perrie said.

   "Liam can defiantly do better," I said. She sounded like a complete bitch.

    "I can't wait to meet her!" I said sarcastically. The girls laughed and then we all closed our eyes and relaxed in the warm water.

   "Perrie, I have to admit that I watched almost every video on Little Mix. I love your band," I said.

  "Thank you! You're so sweet!" Perrie laughed.

  "There is one thing you need to do for me," I said deviously.

  "Don't ask me to sing! I need to rest me voice!" Perrie said.

   "No! Not that. I want you to do your impression of a goat," I said.

   "No! That would be weird!" she said.

   "I'll try to do it if you do it!" I said.

   "Fine, you first," Perrie said. I then tried to make a goat noise, but I 

totally failed. El and Dani looked at me weirdly. 

   "Perrie is good at it! I'm rubbish at it," I said. Perrie then started to make 

her weird goat noise and El and Dani started to crack up. Then we all tried it, 

and to all honesty, we mostly sounded like dying animals. 

    We all went back inside after a bit and changed into dry clothes. I burrowed 

some clothes from Perrie. 

   I was glad to see that all of us where getting along! The boys all seemed 

happy about it as well. 

   We chilled out for the rest of the night. We talked and had a couple beers 

and watched a few films. We all ended up crashing Zayn's. Besides Liam and I, the rest of us where too  drunk to drive.
