Chapter 3

Butch was still and the park with buttercup In his arms.
Butch was rocking buttercup as she slept.
Buttercup suddenly woke up and saw her head was on butchs chest and she was in between his legs on the ground while is back was against a tree.
His arms tight around her.
She slowly picked her head up and looked at him.
And smiled gently....he was amazing.
Butch felt eyes on him and looked down then smiled at her.
"Hey..." He said while cupping her cheek with his right hand.
She closed her eyes and leaned into his touch.
"Mmm hey."
____________time skip 3am
Butch was walking buttercup home now, hand in hand.
Buttercup knocked on the door and waited.
About 5 minutes after bunny opened the door, white sweatshirt and black leggings.  And her hair in a messing bun. Her eyes...were bloodshot, like she was sobbing.
Her eyes widened when she saw her little sister.
"Buttercup!" She said as she grabbed her and hugged her with all her might.
Buttercup who was shocked wrapped her arms around her big sister just as tight. And hurried her head in bunny's neck.
"Oh my gosh! I thought something had happened to you! Or that you got yourself in trouble that you couldn't get out of, you weren't answering your phone either!! I was so worried, please don't ever do that again!!" Bunny sobbed
That seemed to make Buttercup start crying as well.
"I'm sorry....I'm so sorry" she whispered
Bunny shook her hair and pulled away and cupped buttercups cheeks while wiping her tears away.
Bunny smiled at buttercup.
"You have nothing to be sorry for"
She then looked at butch and smiled.
"Thank you for bringing her home safe."
Butch smiled
"My pleasure. Well I think I'm going to head home. My brothers are probably worried too, boomer crying and brick angry, ughh that's a nightmare" he joked and looked at buttercup to see if she smiled.
She did.
She also let go of bunny and went up to butch and kissed him gently.
"I love you."
He wrapped his arms around her.
"I love you more."
———butchs house
Butch opened the door to his house only to almost be tumbled by Boomer his baby brother.
"You're alive!!" Boomer said while he lauded his head on butchs shoulder.
Butch chuckled and wrapped his arms around him as well.
"Can't get rid of me that easily brat."
Boomer let go and smiled up at him.
"Careful with Brick. He's angry."
Butchs smile fell.
"You know he gets angry cause he cares right? He does love you. He lives both of us."
Boomer said
"Yeah well....he has some way of showing it."
But his said heading to his room.
"Go see him." Boomer said
Butch did a thumbs up and wished boomer goodnight.
Butch was about to open the door to his room but stopped as he saw bricks door.
He then walked over to it and knocked lightly.
"Boomer I swear to god if you don't leave me alone you'll be missing"
Butch smiled gently
"It's butch...actually"
Just as the words came out the door swingers open to see Brick, eyes widened and everything.
Then he did something he hasn't done since they were kids.
He pulled his little brother into a hug.
And butch hugged back just as fiercely.
