Chapter 7- War

-Jaemin!!!
Jeno walked on Jaemin's room screaming. The knight, who was resting, woke up startled.
- What?!? Who's dead?!?
Jeno breathed heavily.
- No one, but someone might.
They looked at each other, worried.

- So you're telling me to help you get into Amethyst's castle and protect you from possible threats?
Jaemin asked, confused. They were walking really fast towards the exit.
- Yes, exactly that. I just need to get into Minah's room and warn her.
Jaemin sighed, " this is not going to end well"

Minah was staring at the window, lost in thought. She heard someone coming in the room.
- I already told you I'm not hungry Joonie.
- I belive I'm not Joonie.
Minah imidiatly turned aroud, Jeno.
- How did you get in?!? Leave!! I don't want to see you!!
She walked up to him hitting his chest repeatedly.
- I don't want to see you ever again!! Why do you keep coming back?!?! Just leave m-
Jeno grabbed her wrists and made her look at him.
- Please listen to me, you are in danger.
Minah looked at him confused.
- Danger? The only person in danger is you Jeno.
Jeno sighed.
- I heard my dad talking to his troupe, he is going to attack this castle. He want to kill you and your family.
Minah was shocked.
- W-What?
- I need you to warn your troupes and start preparing for battle.
The prince laced his fingers with hers. Minah looked at him, worried.
- What abou you and Chaeyeon?
Jeno smiled at her.
- We are going to be fine. My dad doesn't let us get in battle, we are going to hide at the castle somewhere. Don't worry about us.
Minah smiled a little.
Jeno put his hands in her cheeks, staring at her.
- Please be careful, I don't want to lose you.
She smiled, placing her hands on his chest.
- Don't worry, I'm going to be fine.
They stared at eachother for a moment, and as their faces got closer and closer, the door opened.
-What the hell are you doing here, dipshit?!?!
They quickly separated from eachother and looked at the door. Yoongi was in the room, furious. By his side, Namjoon had his arms in Jaemin's neck.
They looked at eachother , scared.
- Sir, please listen to m-
- NO! I want you to leave this castle and get the fuck away from my cousin.
Minah looked at her cousin, panicking.
- Please listen to him Yoonie, It's important!!
Yoongi stared at Minah before he sighed and looked ( more like glared) towards Jeno, waiting for him to speak
- I heard my dad talking to his troupes, he is planning a attack. You need to grab your army and prepare for the battle.
Namjoon losen his grip on Jaemin, who was holding himself not to beat the shit out of him.
Yoongi and Joonie looked at eachother, worried.
The elder decided to speak.
- Thank you for warning us, but you need to get back to your castle before they notice you both left.
Jeno and Jaemin nodded before leaving. Before leaving the room, Jeno looked at Minah and flashed her a look, asking her to be careful.
Yoongi sighed.
- Come on Minnie, we got to prepare ourselves.

Taehyung looked at the window. Hundreds of soldiers were walking towards their way.
- We have to hurry, they're coming.
Yoongi walked up to Minah. He grabbed her hands, making her face him.
- I need you to be careful, okay? I don't want you getting hurt.
Minah smiled.
-I'm going to be okay Yoongs. I trained a lot. I think I'm even better than you.
Yoongi scoffed.
- You wish.
They laughed. Jin, coming up to them, decided to speak:
- Talking about being careful, I think some prince don't want her getting hurt either.
He smirked. Namjoon and Taehyung laughed, nodding. Yoongi fighted back a smile.
Minah rolled her eyes.
- Oh please, at least I have a boyfriend. What do you have? A dog?
Yoongi laughed.
-Thats my girl.

Jeno and Chaeyeon walked to the hiding in their castle, guarded by Jaemin.
- Hey Chae, come here.
Jaemin said. The princess walked up to him, wrapping her arms around his waist.
- What?
He sighed.
- Please be careful.
She smiled.
- I'll be fine. Besides, you'll be here.
Jeno rolled his eyes " i love being the third wheel"

The Kims and the cousins were in front of the castle, waiting for their enemy. Minah was scared, scared that her family or friends would get hurt. She sees the army getting closer and closer. Suddenly, she hears someone shouting her name. Soobin.
He stopped in front of her, panting.
- What are you doing here? Come on! Yeri found a place for us to hide with our family. Follow me!
He turned around, only to be stopped by Minah's hand. He turned back, confused.
- I have to fight Soobin. Their lider killed my parents. I want to fight him. I need to fight him.
Soobin shook his head.
- You'll be in danger Minah, and I can't afford to lose you. Not before I make a proper apology.
The princess smiled. She hugged him tightly, Soobin imidiatly hugging back.
- I'll be fine. Go back to your girlfriend, I'll make sure you apologise for being an asshole.
The male chuckled, letting go of the hug to go to the hiding spot.
Minah sighed. She had no idea if she was going to survive or not. She looked to her front , analysing the soldiers. She spotted the king, walking in the front of the troupe. Anger imidiatly filled her body.

The Neoland soldiers stops in front of the Amethyst army. The king spoke up:
- I guess you already knew about our little visit. Well, lets just get over with this mess.
He raises his arm up, signalling his soldiers to attack.
As they run towards Yoongi and his troupe, the future king screams at his soldiers to prepare the battle. They are getting closer and closer.
The battle begins.

It all happened so fast. Soldiers falling on the ground, screams of agony, sounds of blades crashing.
As Minah slashes a soldier on his chest, the man falls on the ground, dead. What the princess doesn't realise, is that the king of Neoland was right behind her, blade in hand.
Yoongi noticed.
- MINAH WATCH OUT!!
Too late.
As Minah turned around, she felt a tremendous pain in her stomach. She looked down. She was stabbed.
- NOO!
Jin screamed. Namjoon, in anger, stabs a man in his heart before going after Minah and the king. Taehyung freezes. Yoongi ran in the direction of his cousin.
She slowly falls on the ground. The king smiles.
- I told you your parents blood was not going to be the only blood in my hands. I must admit, your death was tougher than your parents. You sure knows how to fight. What a shame that-
He didn't finished his sentence. Yoongi came up behind him and slashed his sword through his heart. The king falls dead.
A tears rolls down Yoongi's cheek.
He kneels dows and put Minah's weak body in his arms, hugging her close.
- No no no please don't. Stay with me please. I need you,  I need-
He was interrupted by his own crying. He was terrified. His worst nightmare was beginning to come true.
Taehyung snaped from his daze and ran towards them, his brother on his heels.
Minah was breathing heavily. She placed her hand on Yoongi's cheek, wiping his tears.
- Y-you have t-to tell Soobin t-that I forgive him, please?
He nodded. The Kim's were already crying, Taehyung being the worst.
- I  l-love you, Y-yoongi. T-thank you for-for everything. Y-you have to tell y-your parents t-too, a-and Soobin and-
Yoongi chuckles lightly.
- Shh, I will, I will, don't worry. I love you too, so much.

She smiles. Than, she remembered. Jeno. The first boy she has ever loved. The first boy who she felt safe and loved. She loved him. And now, she was going to die without saying it to him. She has to say it to him. But there is no time. She was dying.

-P-please tell Jeno t-that i love h-him. Please.
Yoongi nodded, now crying heavily.
- You h-have to tell him, please y-you have to tell...
Her hands slowly left her cousin cheek, falling to her sides. She closed her eyes.
The war was still going, soldiers of Minah's side making a circle around them, to prevent someone going inside to hurt them.
Jin was paralysed. He couldn't do anything, move, speak. He was frozen. Namjoon quietly cried, blaming himself for not protecting the princess he cared deeply about. Taehyung, on the other hand, was heavily crying. He was empty. Minah was like his sister, he loved her. And now, she was gone.

Min Minah was dead.
