Y/N flatten out her dress as she stared at herself in the mirror. She made sure that she look presentable for this  special day. Lately she met online and has been talking to a guy via email, phone, written letters, etc and today she is finally meeting him.

The young girl was happy an kind of nervous too. She didn't know why because she's heard his voice before and he always sends pictures of himself with the letters. I guess it's just because she hasn't been around him and doesn't know what he's like in person, he could be fronting.

The only downfall is that he is currently serving time for involuntary manslaughter.

Y/N pulled up to California State Penitentiary nervous as hell. Questions were fluttering through her head as she thought of anything that could happen. It was too late to back out now because she was in the parking lot. The lip gloss shimmers on her lips as she puts on another coat so she could look good for her "friend".

Cutting the car off she place her keys in her purse while entering through the front doors of the prison. 

After she her check in went smoothly, she waits in the visiting room along with other family members, significant others, and friends. Prisoners enter the space one by one and Y/N grew more nervous. She grab the gift bag placing it on top of the table and made sure it looked nice. Finally she sees him being escorted by a guard and just happiness took over her face. He look so fine in his navy outfit that she had to cross her legs to keep herself from flowing.

When he made it to the table, she stood up smiling ready to greet him. The young man could resist and let his buff arms wrap around her. He place a kiss on her forehead quickly before sitting down.

" Wow I can't believe I'm finally meeting you Keith."

" Me too. You are so beautiful in person, you're beautiful in the photos, but in person wow ", he smiles.

" Awe thank you so much Keith. You are even cuter in person as well. I got you something."

The bag just filled with a bunch if snacks he said he missed when he was on the outside.

Keith took this to heart because that meant she was a good listener whenever they had conversations.

" So how has my baby girl been ", he place his hands around her staring into her eyes.

" I have been good, but I doing amazing now because I finally got to meet you."

" I'm happy too. I want to thank you for your kind words, they've been really helping me push through while I'm in here."

" How much longer do you have?"

" A year ", he scratches his head.

" Well my house is open if you need a place to stay when you get out."

Keith made a face saying, "mow you know damn well that I'm going to be staying with you."

There has been one little detail, well technically two that Y/N has not informed her family and friends about. One that he's in jail and two is that they have been dating for the past seven month. Yes seven months and this is the first time that they are seeing each other face to face.

" I'm glad you're here."

Y/N smiles running her fingers over his freckles.

" I'm grateful I have a person like you in my life and I have been thinking a lot lately."

" About what?"

" Lets get married."
