It would be half expected that a person would wake up sore and stiff the next morning after the activity the two companions enjoyed the previous night, but no. Farah awoke feeling the best she has ever felt in years.

For once she didn't wake up with Elska being the first thing on her mind. She smiled as she rolled over to see Teldryn next to her, already staring at her with a grin on his face, "Morning, Helmet Head."

"Morning, Red." He brought his hand up and caressed her cheek, leaning in and pressing a kiss on her nose, "Slept well?"

Farah stretched, arching her back and rubbed her body against his, "You... have... no idea." Teldryn uttered a soft groan when feeling her against him, earning an amused look from the Dragonborn, "Oh, you like that?"

"It is rather arousing, yes."

"Ah." She nodded and rolled out of the bed, "But sorry to tell you this, round will have to wait. We need to start our journey back to the Skaal. Talos knows, I don't want to do this..."

Teldryn blushed visibly when seeing her bare in front of him, walking about the room and searching for her clothes. She managed to find all the scattered pieces, but huffed when looking at them.

"Something wrong?" The mercenary tried his very best to look at her face instead of other parts of her. He was already excited just by having her in the same bed as him.

Farah dropped the pile of clothes in front of him, raising an eyebrow as she answered, "I can't wear any of these because someone managed to rip them all last night."

"Oh." He grinned sheepishly, "Well, I'm not sorry. You look way better with anything on anyway."

Farah rolled her eyes, "Thanks, but this is serious. What am I going to wear? I can't throw the armor on without wearing clothes underneath. You have any idea how it will chafe?"

He knew exactly what she was talking about. You never wear armor without anything underneath. It's a recipe of excruciating annoyance and pain.

"Why don't you wear that armor you found at the barrow?" He questioned, "That chitin armor won't do you good anyway. I'll need to repair it and that will take at least two hours."

The Dragonborn rummaged through her rucksack and retrieved Ahzidal's armor. It weighed a bit heavily in her hands and the enchantments gave off a pleasant warmth and hum as she held it up. It looked to be her size, though it would be first time she would ever wear something like that...

Meanwhile Teldryn had left the bed to fill the basin with fresh water. Farah's eyes fell on his body and... Oh, Talos! Her cheeks heated up and she swore she'll never get used to seeing him like that. Quickly she turned her back on him and began dressing into the armor. After figuring out how to put it on, she also discovered that she wouldn't need to wear any clothes underneath. It was already padded with soft fur on the inside.

After cleaning up, Teldryn began putting his armor on as well. The thought briefly crossed his mind; maybe he should start wearing a different armor. The chitin was strong and durable, yes. It didn't slow him down and he felt comfortable enough in it. But after taking off the helmet, he started thinking of starting a whole new life, which included a new look as well.

"And?" Farah's voice piped up behind him, "How does it look?"

He turned round, opening his mouth to tell her that she would look even while wearing rags, but froze. The new armor clung to her figure splendidly with extra thick padding on her torso and strong steel plates on her shoulders, lower arms and lower torso. However, when she turned around to give him a better look, Teldryn swallowed. The armor stopped at her sides and left the rest of her back bare. It wasn't ideal to have that much skin showing when you're planning on walking in on a fight, but he couldn't find the words to tell her no. It looked too good on her.
