i match josefina up with —  ayato sakamaki 

why — in the world of dialovers, witches and ghouls are considered to be to dirtiest of all demons. thus, in a completely authentic universe, ayato would most likely either kill her or have one of his brothers do off with her. that being said, i think there could be room for him to maybe at least develop a crush on josefina, probably mostly out of rebellion for his father. he would find her rebellious nature extremely hot and attractive, but her shy side quite mysterious and leaving him yearning for more. 

that being said, there would be several elements that i personally think could not work in their relationship, such as her elite status or her blood possibly killing ayato. subsequently, a relationship like this would be bound to be a rollercoaster of hot and heavy and cold and distant.  it would be both heaven and hell for the two parties, respectively. 

pros — 

ayato will respect josefina's talent for guns and knives despite the fact it might annoy reiji a bit. either way, he'd probably want her to teach him a few tricks 

the fact that she can bake is also a major turn on for ayato. gotta get that takoyaki somehow, right? 

ayato will most definitely come to her rescue whenever she's in trouble, especially after she damages subaru's roses who might be trying to kill her afterwards 

cons — 

oh boy. this relationship would be in for a rocky ride because the moment josefina gets too cocky or too arrogant, ayato is going to put her down in her place. especially as a witch

ayato would be absolutely furious if he couldn't drink her blood, and, just because of his sadistic nature, he might even torture her just because he can't drink without dying 

should the two of them succeed in killing karlheinz and taking the throne, ayato would probably keep josefina as a secret purely because of her status as a witch
