Why? (A CALUM HOOD FANFIC)

A Date and a Kiss?

Suddenly I hear a voice over the intercom.

"Calum Hood and Adelaide Wise to the history classroom."

So we went and the history teacher told us we had to come on a Saturday to serve detention. Calum was worried.

"I have band practice on Saturday" he said.

"Oh my gosh that sucks you have to miss it" I responded.

"The boys will be mad I always miss practice"

"Why" I asked.

"I don't know I guess I'm just busy sometimes you know".

"I got you" I said.

We had to go home so we said bye and left to go home. As soon as I got home I had to pick out an outfit.

"I really want to look perfect for Cal" I said talking to myself.

"Oh well I'm never gonna be perfect, but I'll try to be do my best at it."

I kept looking at the clock to see what time it was because I just wanted the date to come I wanna see his face and hear his voice. It was 6:00 so I decided to get ready. Soon I will be going to a restaurant with Cal. So it got to be seven and Cal was waiting at my door.

"I cannot contain my excitement right now" I thought.

"Will he kiss, hug, or even ignore me " I wondered.

"Why does he like me?" I'm ugly. "Hair?" No. "Smile" no. "Laugh" no. Before I left? no."

Cal took me to the restaurant and we went in. The place wasn't to fancy your typical family restaurant. Good cause I didn't dress up as much as I should have, neither did he. He was wearing black jeans, nice shirt, and usual hairstyle. We sat there looking at each other and no one would even say a word to each other. Finally, the waitress came and we ordered the food. After that we got a little bit comfortable and started to talk.

"You look beautiful Adelaide as always" he said.

"Aww you look great to you can call me Addy if you want"

"No I like your name, were your born there?"

"Yeah" I said.

We continued talking about school and how he had to miss band practice for detention. But then he started to say something.

"Adelaide I know we've only been talking for a day since you got back, but I love you OKAY? I really do ever since you left to go to London you were all I can think about Adelaide I mean even though I didn't even know middle name or where your mother was from, I still loved you?"

"Oh my gosh Cal I love you to. Yeah we haven't talk for a really long time but why does that matter. You are all I think about to OKAY? I love you CALUM THOMAS HOOD. By the way my middle names are Sydney Grace."

As we finished our food the waitress came by and took our plates. We decided to leave after he paid. We went to the car and we both got in. He waited for a second his face just kept coming closer to mine.

"Is he gonna kiss me"

I thought. He just kept getting closer and closer and finally our lips met. We were kissing,making out in his car. It was only for a minute and then we decided to go to his house. We came in quietly because it was sorta late. We went to his room. His room was a typical guys room bed,dresser, desk and a few posters. I asked him what one of his posters was. He said he didn't know but to me it looked like some band of some sort.

"I like bands to"

"Wow it's amazing what we have in common" he responded.

"Yeah" I said.

We decided to lie down on his bed because it was getting uncomfortable sitting on the floor. We lied down and I fell asleep. He was still awake. I started to feel his hands touching my hair it kinda felt like he was braiding it. Then he kissed my head and fell asleep. What I didn't realize was that we were sleeping together. I didn't wake him up because I kinda liked it, never mind I really liked it. We just lay there asleep.

"I really love Cal"

I hope he likes me. I wish we didn't have to wake up from our short little nap, but we did. It was the weekend so no school but we decided to go for a walk. We walked to this park and it was really pretty. We arrived at this tree and he carved my name and I carved his. "This will be our spot" I said.

"Yep" he responded. We walked back to my house and he noticed that it was kinda big. He said

"Woah it's huge".

"Yeah I don't like it here".

"You should" he told me.

"Yeah but it's kinda boring".

We walked to my room and we sat on this chair I had. My room is a typical girls room,pink, bed dresser, posters, and closet. We had nothing to do but he said we should play truth or dare.

He asked me."Truth or Dare".

I said dare.

"Kiss me" he said.

I did I went in and I kissed him. It wasn't as special as it should be but it happened we were kissing in my room at my house ME AND CAL.
