I couldn't sleep that night. I just kept thinking about nick. I can't even describe the feeling I get when I'm with him. I'm not gunna say love cause that crazy to say I'm in love with someone I just met. But I can't say it won't turn into it.

I fell asleep with a smile on my face.

The next morning I woke up wayyyyy earlier then I usually do. The impact he has in me is truly insane. I decided to shower and listen to music.

*bing*
I looked at my phone. It was a text from nick.

Nick: hey, I woke up way earlier then I usually do and I'm already ready. Wanna meet up before school?
Me: sure. You can head over to my place if you want. I'm just gunna take a quick shower.
Nick: kk. See you in a bit🥰

I pressed shuffle on my playlist and hopped in the shower. As I was washing out my hair, the beat that I had made for my song came on. Usually I'd skip it cause I don't want anyone to hear but I decided to let it play.

Nick POV:

Why am I awake so early?? I never wake up early. I dont understand!! Hopefully cath is up.

Me: hey, I woke up way earlier then I usually do and I'm already ready. Wanna meet up before school?
Cath: sure. You can head over to my place if you want. Im just gunna take a quick shower.
Me: kk. See you soon🥰

Maybe I'll get her some Starbucks. But i don't know what she would order. Maybe I'll just stick with something basic. But what if she doesn't like basic. I- why am I have this conversation with myself. Just get the damn drink.

When I arrived to her house her mom answered the door.

"Hey. I'm nick, cathrines friend. We were meeting up before school."
"Nice to meet you nick I'm cathrines mom but you can just call me Liz"

Her mom was super chill and super kind. I see where she gets it from. I walked up to caths room. When I passed the bathroom I heard her singing. I didn't know if it would look weird.. me standing with my ear to her bathroom door.. but I couldn't help it. Her voice was so angelic. And the song she was singing... I don't know how to describe it but I've never heard it before in my life.

Catherine's POV:

I turned off the water and right away I heard footsteps running from the bathroom to my room. I was so confused and kinda nervous. I hope no one heard me. I walked into my room and saw nick sitting there with a vanilla bean frap for me.

"Aww you didn't have too"
"I know but I wanted to"
"So what did you want to do?"
"I was thinking... school is SOOO overrated. Wanna just come to my place instead. The boys are gone so you could show me your song." he said with a wink.
"You know.. I don't usually do that kind of stuff.. ditching school and what not. But I could use a free day so yea I'm down"

I can't put into words how excited and nervous and scared I am. I'm excited to hang with nick the whole day, nervous to show him my song and scared that we are gonna get caught.
