Chapter 3-Realize

Kokichi's POV

After Math Class I went to Y/N-san only to see her covering her face while......laughing??
"Y/N-san what's so funny??" "R-remember a while ago when Shu-kun went to class with a scar??"
"Well duh I remember, why are you laughing about that!!" "Pffft!Hahahahahahaha" Y/N-san laughed like a maniac.

"That was a prank Me,Mikan, and Shuichi set up!" "Even you fell for it!" "But well, the thing about his father being abusive was true, only the fact he got arrested last year, and since Shu-kun never told anyone, he thought it was a genius idea!!!" Oh my Atua, my boyfriend is trying to catch up to my level of pranking
isn't he!! Well he's gonna get it! "Anyway Panta overlord let's go we got a prank to practice!!".

Then I remembered I wanted to ask her/him something "Also what date is today Y/N-san?It's a bit too early for him to start getting pranky..." "Uhh...a-ah..Of course it's the last day of May duh! Shuichi just wanted an early start thats all!" I felt like she was lying but my best friend would never lie about a simple question now would she/he?

Your POV

Phew! He didn't catch that lie! Today is actually April 1, but I had to lie about the date so the break-up prank would sound believable.We headed to an empty hallway to practice.

Kokichi-kun started "Hey Shuichi-kun I have something to tell you.." Now it's your que to act as Shu-kun "Go ahead" "We're breaking up" "LE GASP"You said with the back of your hand on your forhead. "Pfffft!Stop making this so hard!" "Whaaaat? I just wanted some fun!" "But it's hard to concentrate when you dramatize Shuichi's reactions!"

"Oof sorry, but that already seemed pretty good so we can stop practicing."
"Alright..."
You turned to see Kokichi-kun crying.
"Kokichi-kun are you okay!?"
"I'm f-fine i-it's just that what if Shumai believes it and w-we actually br-break-up!?"
You hug Kokichi to reassure him everything's gonna be alright

"Remember Kokichi? If he does believe it I will bring him back to you.I won't let your 3rd break-up happen..." You always helped him be happy after he broke up with Kaito and Rantaro, he did become great friends with them especially Rantaro, but the moment they said it Kokichi's heart shattered including his wall of lies. You remember those break-ups like it happened a while ago.

Kaito's Break-up

Kokichi heard something ringing most probably his phone it was Kaito calling him.

"Hellooooo my beloved astronaut!!"

"Umm...Hi Kokichi..."

Right there, that line right there he knew what was going to happen.

"KAITO DON'T YOU DARE BREAK UP WITH ME IN THE PHONE!!"

His eyes filled with tears. He expected it but still couldn't believe it.

"I'm sorry Kokichi, my heart belongs to someone else (Maki roll duh)"

"FINE KAITO *sob* fine..."

Kokichi then ended the call.

"Yup, Shuichi I finally broke up with him"

"You did? That would probably affect him a lot"

"I have to admit it will, but he's emotionally stronger than anyone else I kno-"

The door opened to see Kokichi not smiling but with a serious face I could read that expression that no one could understand, he walked towards me, after giving Kaito a cold glare of course.

"I know that face what happened?"
He then explained the whole scenario.

Rantaro walked upto the table we were sitting with Tsumugi-chan and Gonta.

"Hey umm.. I'd just like to ask what happened, Kokichi-kun is acting unlike his usual self."
Rantaro asked. " Ahh well you see" Tsumugi-chan whispered to Rantaro "I see, I'm sorry for your loss Ouma." "It's fine Amami, Kokichi is trying to move on anyways." "Alright, hope you feel better Ouma!"
Oh right that's when his first relationship ended and the second one starting.
