Chapter 7- He Lost Everything

Kokichi POV
Right after I did the prank I ran straight to the bathroom tears filled my eyes. Goddamit Shuichi, why'd you have to believe it! No. Wait. It isn't his fault it's mine! If I didn't do that stupid prank he wouldn't have been heart broken we could've still been together....

THUD

Wh-what? S-someone followed me?

"Kokichi Please! Open the door!" Hey I recognize that voice. It's Y/N-san. Probably hear to tell me how I misrebly failed.

"Please Kokichi! I only wanna cheer you up!"

"Let me in!"

"N-no! Go away! It's my fault anyways! Shuichi HATES ME NOW!" After I screamed he/she went silent. What happened?

"Please Kokichi.....I only wanna help yo-"

"DON'T YOU SEE!? SHUICHI HATES ME NOW! I LOST MY THIRD BOYFRIEND, CAN'T YOU SEE THAT I'M A BAD PERSON!?"

"NO YOUR NOT!"

W-what? I'm n-not a bad person? No she/he's just lying! I heard the insults from everyone! I keep hurting their feelings. That must be the reason I lost 3 boyfriends right!?

"Your not a bad person! You do that annoying attitude of yours because you don't want people think your weak! You do pranks because you just want to entertain everyone! C'mon Kokichi......if you were a bad person why do you think I'm your friend?"

W-what? She/he still likes me as a f-friend, a-accepts me as a friend? I'm still her best friend?

"Please Kokichi, open the door...... I only want you to be happy, I'll help you. I'll help you rebuild your life I'll help you protect your heart. I'LL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO SEE YOU HAPPY!! J-just please...... let me in.."

Once I heard that the happy moments we had rushed back to my mind, how she/she always cared for me, took care of me like a parent, helped me with my problems I see it now. She/he did that beacuse she wants me to be happy, she/he can't stand to see me cry or even just frown. I still had tears in my eyes but I decided to open the door. She/he only wants my happiness that's the only thing that matters to her.

"I-I'm n-not a bad person?"

She/he pulls me into a tight hug.

"Of course your not......sorry for what happened to you, I'll help you get him back if that's what you want."

"Thanks Y/N you really are a great friend."

She/he grabbed some tissues and wiped my face then wiped her/his own.

"Well c'mon we gotta see how Tsu-"

She/he was cut off by by Tsumugi screaming my name, her eyes filled with tears, running towards us.
The next thing she said was the dinal blow to make my heart perish.

"Shuichi already confessed to Kaede."

We stood there in silence. Y/N with a shocked expression. Tsumugi wiping off her tears. And me trying not to cry.

"Are you being legit Tsumugi?" Y/N spoke deciding to break the silence.

"I-I saw them kiss, they noticed me so I ran away they ran after me, but I took a more complicated route so I think I lost them, but Shuichi is smart so I think he'll be here sooner or later."

I just kept silent. I wanted to stay silent. I don't want to speak I don't want to react to anything. I'm numb to the pain now, I've already had enough.

"Shit. I think that broke him." Y/N stated she knew how I would act when I was broken I'd have a blank expression, I would pay attention to class and I would only use sign language to talk or I just wouldn't respond. 10 of my friends died. Dice died. I lost my boyfriend, no. Boyfriends.

Then I heard the voice I thought I'd never hear again. Shuichi, he was still dear to me, but he already moved on from me.

"Tsumugi, why did you run away when you saw me and Kaede kiss? I already broke up with Kokichi..."

Tsumugi then ran to Y/N's left side. Me at her right. Kaede decided to speak completely ignoring that I was at the side and not the middle.

"Ouma is this your doing!?"

Oh right. My eyes turn to a grayish blue color instead of the bright, vibrant purple, so I used that to my advantage. I gave a her a stare with no emotion in it. Maybe I should be different this time and speak.

"You think?"

Y/N turned to me in shock. I read the expression on her face, it said you spoke while your broken.

"What the- why are are you wearing contacts? What kind of prank are you playing!? I know what you did you, you broke Shuichi's heart!"

Unlike her Shuichi knew what was up. They were gonna get a taste of pure revenge.

"So what if I did Kaede what. if. I. did? His heart only broke once. Mine broke thrice. Actually, I don't think my heart exists anymore."

I turned to look at Y/N and Tsumugi my closest friends and both of them knew exactly what I was up to.

"Well Kaede he's right y'know, he's been like this before I'm surprised he managed to speak."

Next is Tsumugi.

"Yeah Kaede, you know why I went there? I chased after Shuichi to let him know this; that break-up was a..... well I'm not telling you not now since Shuichi's here."

"What do you need to tell Kaede that I can't know?"

"You'll find out soon enough Dear Detective, well buh-bye. Oh and your not gonna see that side of me again. Top shit Saihara no pranks, no jokes, no shit. Let's see if you could survive your entire school life with a boring class."

Finally the detective spoke up, it was getting boring.

"To think that class was fun with you around. Not. This is gonna be a piece of cake."

"Mm we'll see about that. Well peace."

Then me and the gang left to our dorms.

"Pfffffft that was amazing."

"Yeah well the school years gonna be boring huh? Shame."

"Retaliation is key."

After our conversation we went our seperate ways, and we finally entered the dorms. Fuyuhiko and Peko almost immediatly notice my blue eyes.

"I suppose it's that time of year again."

"Oh my Atua, it happened didn't it dipshit."

"It did bro and now my man speaking!"

I laughed at how she/he delivered the sentence.

"Guess your gonna take the thug life more serious aren't you?"

"You know the fuck I am Kokichi."

"Hey wanna celebrate again, y'know it's like Kokichi's Early new years resolution?"

Oh I know what the three of you are planning. The one thing they always wanted to do.

Mi god I just made Kokichi a savage. I ruined the entire story. Or maybe I didn't he still probably has a heart. Also his worst change is that he drinks orange panta instead of grape. LE GASP.
