I had no choice but to lay still for the past two days. The rope kept me cramped up, so I couldn't be comfortable with any position. I felt dirty, my hair was scattered, I smelled horrible. I bet I looked it too.

I can name a million reasons as to what went wrong two days ago. I should've crept out, while Proquan was turned to me. I didn't think clear that day. I can't go in pure daylight, maybe I should get out during the night. I can steal Proquans key since he locks the door now.

The door unlocked and Sandy came in. Or I can take hers. She closed the door behind her.

My eyes widened. "Please untie me."

She stood there for a second and then walked towards me. Her arms crossed, "what did you do? I haven't seen you in a while."

"I tried to escape a few days ago. Untie me, Sandy."

"I can't untie you then."

"Come on, you didn't even try, this rope is so tight."

"You need to wait for Proquan."

"Sandy."

Sandy hesitated. She bit on her lip before walking to me. I was finally free, until she tied my arms together.

Sandy helped me sit up. "I was so close." I rubbed on my wrist. They hurt the most.

"What made you do it?"

"Look around," I gestured to the building. "This made me do it."

"You are so lucky he didn't kill you."

"Why would he kill me over trying to escape?"

"The same reason he sells girls for money. Do you think he cares?"

I didn't answer.

"You are starting to play a dangerous game. I've seen many like you. You do something dumb like escaping, then you turn it up a notch-"

"I'm going to be smart next time."

"If there is a next time. You can't play with Evile like that."

"He's not gonna do anything."

I looked up at Proquan who stood in the doorframe. "Who told you to untie her?"

"She was in pain and you weren't around." Sandy replied.

"I don't care if she's on fire and I'm not around. I call the shots with her." He came and bent down to grab the rope.

"I'm sore, Proquan."

He ignored me and tied the rope around my neck.

Sandy huffed. "Is that necessary?"

"Well we don't want the little athletic runner to get loose." He pulled the rope forcing me to stand up. "Isn't that right?"

He pulled me out of the room. We turned a corner and entered a large office. "Here you go, sir."

I expected to see Mr. Evile, but instead I saw a man around the age of 30. He looked rich, and surely dressed to the part in an expensive dark blue suit. He had a light complexion with beautiful grey eyes and curly dark brown hair.

"I apologize for her appearance." Proquan said.

"She is still a keeper, don't you think?" He gave off a big smile to Proquan. I stood there with confusion plastered to my face. "Get out Proquan I want to see her alone for a minute."

I seen Proquan tense up. Please don't go. "I cannot leave her alone." Proquan said. The man looked at him seriously.

"Get out or I'll force you out, and you know my strength." Proquan looked at me once, stood up and walked out the room. The man closed the door quickly and walked to me.

I felt his breath heating the back of my neck. "Aren't you a beauty." He rubbed my arms, moving closer to me. I tried to move but he grabbed my stomach and began to kiss on my neck. He grabbed at the bottom of my shirt. I turned my head away from him.

"You don't want to do this." I whispered.

"And why not?" He paused.

I turned to face him. "Look at me. I am a mess."

"I don't mind a little dirt."

I almost gagged.

He jumped at me to pull my shirt up again. I fought trying to keep it down, but there wasn't much I could do with a rope tied to me. A knock interrupted him. I sighed in relief. He went to open the door and Mr. Evile walked in.

"Leave." Evile ordered me.

The man grabbed my arm holding me still. "Hey, I was talking to her."

"Your conversation is over." Evile yanked the rope and practically pushed me out the door. Proquan was leaning against the wall. I started walking without him.

"Slow down." I didn't listen. I wanted to get as far away as possible. I looked towards the front of the building before we got inside my room and he closed my door. I was breathing heavy.

Proquan twisted his lips. "Go take a shower. You smell horrible."

He untied the knot from my neck. "Well I've been tied up for two days."

"And who is the blame for that?"

I walked into the bathroom and looked in the hidden mirror by the sink. I had heavy bags under my eyes, dry lips, scattered hair, a pale face.

"I don't hear water running." Proquan yelled from the room.

I went to the tub and started the water. I tried turning the hot water on, but only cold came out.

Great. I can't even relax my muscles.

I was a few minutes in when someone knocked at the door. Thinking it was Proquan, "what do you want?"

"It's me." Sandy whispered.

I closed the curtain and told her to come in.

"I need to tell you something."

"What?"

"Mr. Evile is thinking of doing something terrible."

"Like what?"

"Well I was only by his office for a minute, but-"

"Just say it, Sandy."

"Okay. He is trying to-"

"What are you doing?" Proquans voice yelled.

I didn't hear anything else. "Hello?"

Still nothing.

"Get out the bathroom." Proquan yelled.

"I'm not ready!" What is wrong with him? The door slammed open. "Get out!"

The curtain was torn down. I covered my body with my hands. "Will you get out?"

"What did you hear?"

"What are you talking about?"

"What did Sandy tell you?"

"Nothing."

He bent down and gripped my neck, with all of his strength he pulled me out and pushed me against the wall. "What did she tell you?"

I scratched at his hand, but he wouldn't move. "You walked in before she said anything."

He pushed me to the floor and walked out.
