Part 13- THE REAL ENDING I PROMISE

"Come on Violet, we're leaving forever, and we're going to a place where no one will ever find you again." Olaf said as he ran with Violet out the back door towards his car.

Violet was still struggling as she was being rushed around, while holding Sunny and trying to keep her safe.

As they got closer to the car, she saw a document and realized that Olaf was planing on marrying her right now. She whispered to Sunny "hey, I need you to get out of here ok? Can you ran and go find Klaus and Duncan for me?" Sunny nodded and ran off without Olaf noticing as he was too busy preparing the document.

As Sunny ran away, she almost immediately ran into Klaus. "Sunny! I'm so glad you're ok!" Klaus said as he sighed in relief of at least having one sister back safely. "Where Violet, Sunny?"

Klaus and Sunny looked back at Duncan and remembered that Duncan was meant for Violet. "Vi marry Olaf." Sunny whispered. The boys eyes grew wider than the sun when they heard that. "Klaus we have to go now." Klaus nodded and they ran. But first they told Sunny to go find Isadora and Quigley.

"I do." Olaf said. Violet kept her mouth shut as she would never say such words to such a horrible man. The hook handed man then went forward "do you Violet Baudelaire take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

Violet looked at the ground and didn't say anything for a solid minute. The bald headed man suddenly grabbed Violet and held his gun to her head and Duncan and Klaus came crashing though the back door.

"Stay where you are boys or Violets little head will be blown off." Olaf said. But none of that was on Duncan or Violets mind. They had found each other and where determined never to lose each other again.

Klaus looked at the scene before him and realized that his sister was about to die if he didn't do anything. With his quick thinking and knowledge about where the body can take the most damage, he quickly ran to the man with no hair and pushed him off of Violet.

Unfortunately, his plan didn't go as planed. Yes the gun was shot but he wasn't the one hit. Violet cried out in pain as the bullet entered her shoulder.

"VIOLET!" Duncan screamed as he saw her get shot. He grabbed her and started running through the house and out front.

Amongst all the commotion, Klaus was able to grab the gun and held Olaf at gun point. But being the kind boy he was, he just knocked Olaf out long enough for the police to come and escort him to prison.

——————-1 week later——————

"Hey Quigley, how you doing?" Isadora asked as she walked into Quigleys hospital room. "Decently." He answered. He had to stay in the hospital because of his gun wound.

"Hi Quig." Sunny babbled as she and Klaus also came into the room.

"Hey there sunny! How are you doing?" Quigley answered. "Tres bien." Klaus's eyes grew wide. "Sunny did you just speak French?" Sunny answered "Oui!"
Everyone laughed at that.

*in the hospital room next to quigleys*

"Hi Duncan." Violet said as she woke up. Duncan looked down to see Violet cuddled again this arm. 'How did I get so lucky to end up with a girl like her' he thought.

"Hi baby, how are you feeling?" He asked. Violet looked down at her hands and said "Better now that we're together." She said.

"I'll never let you go Violet, never again." Duncan whispered.

"I love Duncan."

"I love you too Violet."

And they shared their first kiss with each other. To them nothing seemed wrong in the world. It was quiet for the first time in a long time.
