Here's what I got so far
Object TF: You find a purple Chaos Emerald outside your house. Do you pick it up?
Possession TF: Rouge died from a revenge plot by Black Doom, but came back as a ghost. She decided to go find someone perfect to be her new body.
Skinsuit TF 1: You were a fan of Rouge, collecting figures and watching her on tv. One day, Rouge herself shows up on your doorstep with a zipper and an offer: To walk around as her for a week.
Skinsuit TF 2: Rouge needs a vacation, but knows someone has to cover for her. She then comes up the perfect plan. The next day, a package with an exact duplicate of Rouge's jumpsuit was on your doorstep.
Twinning TF: Rouge wants a twin to go with her on missions or steal jewels with her. She then finds a way to get one. She calls (you or a Sonic character) over to hang out.
Or you could just make it up!
