I have dreams

Big and small

But happiness

Runs through them all

And if you won't 

Give that to me

I'll do it myself

Just wait and see

I can't be low

I can't be sad

For four more years

That won't be had

So since you won't

Allow me that

Don't be surprised

When I fight back

Despite what I'm told

I deserve dreams - 

Ambitions - hopes -

And high self esteem

I'm in a rut

Now I'm stressed 

Anxiety 

Is at its best

Mental health gone

Down the drain

You're only putting 

Me through pain

You won't pay

"It's not religious"

But that doesn't make me

Superstitious

I need joy

Why can't you see

That no support

Has killed these dreams
