Chapter 15 - Work Reasons Only

Breanna P.O.V

I woke up the next day not having to worry about work because I'm off today. Thank god. Justin wanted me to go somewhere with him. He wouldn't tell me where.

I hopped out of the bed, about to brush my teeth and wash my face, but I got a phone call.

Are you kidding me?

" What? " I snapped.

" How are you babe? " Austin's taunting voice asked through the phone.

" What, do you, want? " I asked again.

" Just asking about are date. Are we still on tonight? " He asked.

" Sure, whatever. Just, don't call me I'll call you. And this is not a date. We are hanging out. " I then hung up.

I tossed my phone on the dresser.

" Hang out with who? " Justin mumbled shifting on the bed.

" Um, " I stumbled. Why can't I just tell him. " K-Kylie. "

Justin stared at me for a moment before shaking his head. " Ew. " He rolled his eyes and I giggled.

I really want to tell him, but knowing Justin he won't approve.

" Get in the shower, I'm taking you to breakfast. " Justin instructed.

1 Hour Later

Justin and I arrived at Denny's and went inside. The waiter got us a table and we ordered.

" So how's your job coming baby? " Justin smiled.

" Same pervert boss. " I rolled my eyes. " And I have so design a dress for Yovanna Ventura. " I smiled.

" The big ass model. " Justin asked.

" She's not fat. " I said.

" I meant big ass like big ass. Not big ass like fat. " He rolled his eyes.

" Oh... " I mumbled, then realizing what he said. " Hey! " I frowned.

Justin did nothing but laugh. I shifted uncomfortably in my seat and rolled my eyes.

" I'm sorry. " He apologized.

I ignored him and soon our food came. We ate in silence. I was expecting Justin to break the silence but he's too stubborn.

It annoyed me when he acted like this. After eating we went home. I think I pissed him off because when we arrived home he slammed the door after me, going upstairs. I sat down and decided I'd watch T.V. until I had to hang with Austin.

As I was about to watch Mean Girls, Justin came back downstairs and sat by me. " I'm really sorry. Can you please stop ignoring me? " He spoke.

" Yeah, I'm over it. " I shrugged.

" You're really stubborn. " He chuckled.

" No you're stubborn. I was expecting you to talk first. " I playfully pushed him.

" You already know that wasn't going to happen. I'm a very stubborn person. "

" True. "

" Is this that movie we watched at the old house? Where that blonde bitch gets hit by a bus. " He asked wrapping his arm around me.

" Yes. And her name is Regina. " I laughed.

" Same difference. " He pushed me.

Things were back to normal, but in a couple hours I have to hang with Austin. Which means I'll have to lie to Justin. I don't like lying.
