Guard your hopes
and dreams
Because when life
is tearing at the seams
It'll be all that you have.
In your heart
If you know what's true
One day you're
Gonna stop feeling blue
And smile
Because nothing ever ends
It's all just a new beginning
Doesn't matter if things go wrong
And you're losing it, overthinking
Because you'll come back better
In the end, nothing is permanent
Not the good times
Nor the bad or the frightening
Don't be confined
To your fear
For all this sadness
All this awful anger
Is all in your mind.
Don't put yourself in danger
Of the darkness in your head
Life goes on with its ups and downs
You just gotta hold on
Turn that frown around
Cry and let it out and keep moving on
Cos nothing lasts forever
Strive to look ahead
Endure the pain
Thrive through the heartbreak
And you'll see what you'll gain
When you believe that its gets better.
Time heals all wounds
Even though it consumes us
So we need to enjoy every moment
Make the best of it and adjust
To change, to adapt to impermanence.
