"Good morning Jeff" -said Zoey.
"Morning Zoey" -responded Jeff.
"I know we are all stuffed in like sardines but we have plans to expand this shelter" -said Zoey.
"It was okay for me, best sleep I had since... you know" -said Jeff.
Bill woke up too and walked towards them.
"Good morning" -he said.
"Morning" -said Jeff.
"Morning Bill" -said Zoey.
"Today we will start building a workshop" -said Bill.
"A workshop?" -asked Jeff who was very confused by Bill's words.
"Yes, it was Mason's and Ethan's idea" -said Zoey.
"Why a workshop?" -asked Jeff.
"To build and store tools we need, axes, hammers, weapons, everything!" -said Bill.
"Can I help?" -asked Jeff.
"Sure you can" -said Bill.
"Good, when do we start?" -asked Jeff.
"Not yet, we need to wait for others, to work out the details" -said Bill.
"Has anyone seen Mason?" -asked Zoey.
"No, he wasn't here when I got up" -said Jeff.
"He probably took a walk then" -said Zoey.
After few moments others were up too.
"Hey guys!" -shouted Ed.
"Hi Ed!" -said Zoey.
"What's up?" -said Jeff.
"What you guys doing?" -asked Ed.
"Preparing to build a workshop" -said Jeff
"Oh yes, sorry... what was your name?" -asked Ed.
"Jeff Stone" -he said.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Ed Jones" -responded Ed.
"How's fishing going?" -asked Zoey.
"Ah... not so good, seems like waste of time, I think I'll help with workshop as well today" -said Ed.
"Good, we need as much hands as possible to get it done before nightfall!" -said Bill.
"Where are the nails?" -asked Jeff.
"We don't have any" -said Bill.
"Then how you gonna build workshop?" -asked Jeff.
"Same way we built shelter and kitchen, with rope" -said Bill.
"Just rope?" -confusedly asked Jeff.
"Yes, just rope" -said Bill.
After few moments of silence Jeff said:
"Alright"
"How old are you Jeff?" -asked Bill.
"Twenty-nine, why?" -said Jeff.
"Just to know" -said Bill.
"So who else is building with us?" -asked Ed.
"Anyone who wants to" -said Bill.
"Alright, I'll ask Josh to see what's he doing today. I think he would be helpful" -said Ed and went to look for Josh.
"Where is that Mason?" -asked Zoey.
"Hell If I know" -said Bill.
Meanwhile Oliver and Grace were on the river washing their clothes.
"What do you think of all this?" -asked Oliver.
"It's temporary, I don't have intention of spending the rest of my life here" -said Grace.
"You believe we'll be saved?" -asked Oliver.
"Yes! Of course, Mason keeps talking bullshit. At one moment he thinks we are all dead, then we are abducted by aliens and sent to another planet... nonsense!" -explains Grace.
"Yeah but, strange things happened" -said Oliver.
"Strange things happen every day Ollie" -said Grace.
"Don't call me that" -said Oliver.
"Just so you know, I'm not staying here forever, after we develop some sort of... huh! Life here, I'll be on my way down the river towards home" -said Grace.
"Okay" -said Oliver, surprised by her opinion on camp but deep down, he also knew he can't stay there forever.
At that point Ed Jones approached them.
"Hey guys! Have you seen Josh?" -asked Ed.
"Um, yeah, he was walking around with Tyler earlier, I think they went for a walk to the apple trees" -said Oliver.
"Alright, thanks!" -said Ed.
"No problem" -said Oliver.
Meanwhile at apple trees Tyler and Josh were talking.
"So this thing with Sophia, is that serious?" -asked Josh.
"What? No... no way, she was just desperate" -said Tyler.
"Wow, don't say that" -said Josh.
"Why not, it's true! She seduced me" -said Tyler.
"People will think bad of her" -said Josh.
"Not my problem" -said Tyler.
"She really picked a wrong guy" -said Josh.
"You think?" -asked Tyler.
At that moment Ed found them.
"Hey Josh! I've been looking for you everywhere!" -said Ed Jones.
"I was here whole time, what is it?" -asked Josh.
"We are building that workshop thing, we need as many hands as we can spare, would you join us?" -asked Ed.
"Yeah, sure" -said Josh.
"How about you?" -asked Ed.
"Me? No thanks" -said Tyler.
"Why not?" -asked Ed.
"I don't care about damn workshop, I'm leaving as soon as possible!" -said Tyler.
"Well until then, you might considering doing something productive around here" -said Ed.
