Next day early in the morning as Mason was stumbling around in the woods, he heard voice in the distance shouting.
"...as I so were you! Ah! Mee... and the lost of humanity, as we're being... buried... the monsters of the darkness shall feast on our souls... and... for there will be no salvation!"
Mason looked around and followed the voice but couldn't see nothing but lines of trees.
"...so I was the second, and my mommy... ah mommy said I was the best heheh..."
Voice was getting louder as Mason run through the forest.
"The demons of... storm came upon us... those graves were filled and so it ended... mommy where are you?"
All of the sudden Mason stumbled upon an fat elderly man who was naked. He was digging the ground.
"Who are you?" -asked Mason.
"...and the shadows of the past shall rise and hunt..."
Mason stared at him speachless.
"...the row of stadium is burning and the mother was above them... walls of... shattered glass...in my hands..."
"What are you talking about?!" -confusedly asked Mason.
And fat old elderly man turned around and looked at Mason with his sea blue eye. He was missing a right eye.
Man stared at him for a few moments then kept digging.
"What are you doing? What are you digging?" -asked Mason.
"I'm digging my grave" -said man.
"Sir, you're not alright" -said Mason.
"Are you here to kill me?" -asked poor man.
"No, but I can help you" -said Mason.
"But I don't need help! I need to die... please kill me! Kill me!" -shouted man.
"Wait, stay away!" -shouted Mason.
Man took a knife he was using to dig his grave and attacked Mason but he dodged his attack.
"Please stop" -said Mason.
"I want my mommy" -man said with tears in his eyes.
Mason stared at him unsure what to say.
"If you won't kill me, then burry me in this grave... and remember... the grave digger!" -man said as he stabbed himself in the chest with his knife.
"No!" -shouted Mason as the man feel back in his grave. He came upon the grave and looked down at the man.
"...oh yes...I was a grave digger, back home... now... mommy, I'll be with my mo..." -man stopped suddenly and rolled his blue eye up at Mason and spoke his final words.
"You... have... to... kill... it..."
"What did you say?!" -Confusedly asked Mason.
"Repeat that!" -he shouted but the grave digger was gone.
Mason jumped in the grave and tried to pick up the man but he realized he was dead.
"No, fucking no!"
Mason stared at him for a few moments in shock wondering what just happened, then he climbed out of the grave and sat down on the ground.
"What is happening to me?" -he asked himself.
"I'm losing my mind... I'm losing my mind" -Mason whispered.
After few moments he stood up and looked down at the grave digger, when he was about to bury him, sound of the wind filled out the forest and one silet whisper came to Mason.
"Kill... the... demon"
Meanwhile back at the camp Oliver and Grace were having a conversation.
"Mason didn't come back last night" -said Oliver.
"Maybe something happened to him" -said Grace.
"Hopefully not" -responded Oliver.
"We should be on our way soon" -said Grace.
"Are you sure Grace, winter is coming" -said Oliver.
"Yes I am. That is exactly why we should move on" -said Grace.
"What about others?" -asked Oliver.
"They can come with us If they want to, but we are going either way" -said Grace.
"What do you think who would come?" -asked Oliver.
"Bill, Tyler, Zoey, maybe Callen, not sure about the others" -said Grace.
"I think Zoey would stay with Mason, Bill too maybe..." -said Oliver.
"Doesn't matter, we are leaving with first chance Oliver" -said Grace.
"Yes, of course" -said Oliver.
"What's the matter?" -asked Grace.
"Nothing, just... If winter is really coming, we are all in great danger" -said Oliver.
"We will be in bigger danger If we stay here. We have to find our way back home Olie" -said Grace.
"Yes, I know Gracie..." -said Oliver.
Meanwhile Josh, Ed and Tyler were getting ready to go look for Mason.
"I want to come too" -said Zoey.
"You guys have enough work around the camp" -said Josh.
"I know, but what If something bad happened?" -asked Zoey.
"It's Mason... we'll find him" -said Josh.
Ethan passed by them and said.
"I'm going to the woods to hunt. I'll keep an eye out for Mason as well"
"Thank you, Ethan!" -said Zoey.
"No problem! Jeff is coming with me" -Ethan replied.
"Why don't ever take me hunting?" -asked Ed.
"We'd all starve" -said Ethan.
"Hah! Funny" -said Ed.
"Take care in the woods people" -said Ethan.
"See ya'll later" -said Jeff.
"Bye, take care!" -said Zoey.
"We are leaving too" -said Josh.
"Okay, be safe and find him..." -said Zoey.
"Let's go guys" -said Tyler.
"Alrighty almighty" -said Ed.
"See you guys later then" -said Zoey.
"Goodbye" -said Josh.
