Sighing deeply she flipped the sign to open and went back to sit at her usual seat. The beads rattled as someone entered the store.
"How may I help you?" She asked the young girl who had come in.
"I'm Maria and I was hoping if you could tell me about my love life." She said, her voice sounded small and soft.
"Please take a seat."
Maria nodded and sat down in front of her.
With a swipe of her hand she evenly spread her deck of cards upon the table.
"Choose three."
Maria allowed her hand to gracefully glide over the cards before choosing three and passing it over.
"It is a one sided love, am I correct?"
"Yes." She looked down at her feet, slightly blushing.
"I see."
"Will he ever love me?" Maria asked.
"I am sorry I cannot say, however I can tell you if you proceed keeping a strong bond with him there is a chance he may fall for you."
Maria smiled.
"Thank you." She paid her fee, before happily walking out, humming to herself.
"I see my love is giving some great advice, maybe you could possibly tell me how to make a lovely lady such as yourself to fall for me." Jungkook said whilst leaning against the door frame.
"How long were you standing there?"
"From the part of 'one sided love', which seems oddly familiar I must say. Maybe if I keep strong bonds with you, then maybe you'll fall for me." He said as he made his way towards her, sitting in the seat that Maria had earlier occupied.
"I would never fall for such a stubborn boy."
"I am not a boy, I am a man."
"You do not act like one." She said.
"I am the manliest man you have ever set eyes upon."
"Manliest?"
"Or would you prefer sexiest? I do say, both suite me quite well."
"Neither, if you are here to compliment yourself, I advice you leave."
"My love I have brought you a gift." He says, holding out a box which was neatly wrapped in tissue paper.
"I do not need it." She said, barely sparing it a glance.
"You don't even know what it is."
"I do not need to know, if you are done harrassing me you may leave."
"Don't break my heart like that my dear." He says pushing the wrapped parcel towards her.
She rolled her eyes.
"Just open it already." He said, you could clearly tell the excitement that shone in his eyes
"Fine." She says with a sigh.
She gently ripped off the tissue paper to reveal what was underneath.
"Chocolates?"
"Yes, I just bought a chocolate factory recently and these are our latest products."
She looked at them, the aroma was sweet, each chocolate was a different shape, some appeared to be in the shape of fruit, animals, hearts, diamonds and many more.
"Try some."
"I do not want them." The let the lie slip through her lips.
In fact she loved chocolate more than anything, just looking at the ones she held in her hand made her mouth water. But if she accepted them it would mean she Jungkook would be a little closer to making her fall for him, which she would never allow.
"Do you not like them? I can always have different ones made."
"I am on a diet."
The truth was she never had been on a diet, she had tried but failed, she couldn't give up her love for food.
"Don't lie, you weigh barely anything."
"My weight is none of your concern." She said, glaring daggers at him.
"It is since you are going to be my future wife."
"I am not going to marry you."
"We shall see my love." He smiled as he got up and left.
Leaving the chocolates behind.
