The enchanting smell of freshly bloomed jasmines caressed Taehyung's senses as he entered his and Seokjin's bedchamber after a long tiring day.

It has been five months since he was governing the Southern Kingdom. Everything was going smoothly. There wasn't a sign of revolt against him, the people of Southern Kingdom seem to not have the guts to rebel against the current governor right now.

Still, Taehyung didn't want to take everything for granted. He was now, technically the ruler of Southern Kingdom;and he wanted to fulfill his duties as one.It was his father's country, his own birthplace; No matter how much this kingdom had given him pain throughout his life,he could never hate this place.

Another reason was,ofcourse his Prince,his mate Kim Seokjin;the man who was soon going to give birth to his baby!

Alright,maybe not really soon; but five months cannot be that long,right?Taehyung couldn't wait anymore!

He cautiously closed the door behind himself and tiptoed towards their wide,queen sized bed which was looking extra fluffy because of the number of blankets and soft pillows it had on it for the pregnant omega's comfort.

Even though the room was filled with the sweet scent of his mate,Taehyung could catch the hints of his own musky scent all over the bed;giving his extra sensitive omega the right amount of cosiness he needed during the vampire's absence.

Taehyung smiled at the older who was lost in the world of slumber at that moment. It had become a habit of Seokjin to go to bed early at the night. Carrying the child of a vampire is not at all an easy thing to do. Naturally, it used to make the omega tired quite often.

"You don't need to be guilty at all.He is mine as much as he is yours;I can bear with anything to see his face.Once I will be able to do so,every pain and exhaustion will wash away in a blink of an eye;I know that.....",The older had assured Taehyung whenever he became worried about the brunnete's health.

He trusts the older.He knows what Kim Seokjin is capable of; he knows that his prince is not at all a weak person.

Taehyung knows that only Seokjin has the ability to bear the child of a beast like him.

Soft streaks of red flickered inside his sharp brown eyes as the vampire looked at his mate's figure sprawled on the bed.The omega was lying on his left side; his left hand resting beside his head and the right one splayed upon the little baby bump protectively.

Wrapped up with a pristine white lace robe and a baby blue blanket, Seokjin looked so vulnerable that the younger couldn't resist himself from letting out a low growl.

Quickly getting rid out of his unnecessary clothing, he lifted the edge of the blanket and slid inside it;settling himself behind the older.

He glided his right hand on the older's, intertwining their fingers upon the prince's slightly bulky stomach. Sliding his left hand under Seokjin's waist, he brought him closer to his bare chest, successfully wrapping the other with his body warmth.
