Chapter 5: Troubling Situation

[December 10, 2219]

[One week later]

"Ugh! Ow, my head! It's like my head is about to explode!", Diana waking up with internal pain.

"Ok! Why didn't anybody stop us from consuming alcohol? My head feels like bursting from a hangover", Amanda forgetting the real reason.

"There's... [Grunts] no alcohol in this household. All we provide is water, juice, and some occasional blood bags. Also, in case you didn't notice, everybody was passed out", Elena answered.

[Groans in pain] "Ow! Ugh... what happened? Why are we all on the ground? And... why is Miriam hugging Pam over there?", Regina wakes up.

"Miriam is a fidgety sleeper. I watched her kick Kane too [Laughs]", Zed answered from the kitchen.

Everyone was caught off guard. They turned their attention towards the kitchen and sees Zed overly-relaxed by the situation.

"Well... do you know what happened?", Elena asked Zed.

"Well you see... I investigated and stumbled upon a stink bomb in a Frankenstein costume downstairs", Zed started to explain how it all happened.

"I saw Dad, Damion, and Franklin downstairs also passed out on the ground, and the fume releasing the toxic chemicals came from Franklin's head rod"...

"The probability of that happening was rare, but let's face it! Damion has a knack for mad scientry! The guy can do almost everything! [Chuckles]", Zed completes his explanation.

"Shut up you dead brat! Why don't YOU try to cure Franklin, HUH?!", Damion angrily shouted after showing up from downstairs with Franklin and Silver.

Zed backs off with a smile while Damion looks aggravated.

"You two, SHUT UP! I've had enough of you bickering for a while now and it's getting on my nerves!", Silver shouted angrily.

[Sigh] "Sorry about this Precy and Amanda. But in this house, we usually get caught up in an unfortunate situations. This is very common nowadays", Elena explains the family's circumstances.

"No worries. What's good is that everybody's ok and nobody got hurt", Diana smiling it off.

"So uh... is everybody finally here?", Diana asked.

"Uh, I think so? Let's do a head count. Silver, me, Franklin, Regina, Damion, Miriam, Pam, Zed, and Kane! Great! Everyone's here!", Elena counted.

"In that order huh? [Smug Smile]", Regina said.

Elena looks at Regina aggravatedly. Regina smiles and looks away from Elena.

"Alright! Can I uh... ask everybody to sit somewhere? I have some things to ask of everyone on this family. But first, what time is it?", Diana starting it off right away.

"Uh, it's 3:00 PM", Zed answered.

"Wow! Two hours had passed since we collapsed. Ok so, we don't have a lot of time. The beginning of the end may start off at anytime. I didn't have any proper visions this time for when and what day will it start, but let's just say it's near the end of the year", Diana explaining the situation.
