i was leaving my house when i got a call from an unknown number, i really didn't wanna answer it so i ignored it and walked over to ki's house, which was only a few blocks away from mines. the unknown caller called twice and then three times. ugh what the fuck do this person want ? i was about to answer when kimetrius walked out before screaming a " luv u maa "  and jogging up to hug me. i ignored the caller for the fourth time cause i was with my baby.

we walked in holding hands and gaz ran up top us, out of breath even tho he was only like 12 steps away. outta shape ass nigga.

" yall there's a new kid , agaaain " he said when he finally caught his breath

" damn what he look like " kimetrius replied

" why ? u get wit all da fresh meat ? " i asked him as i raised an eyebrow

" no i'm just curious , u lil jealous baby " i smacked his arm playfully as he tried grabbing me

" real shit doe, nigga kinda cute , like he smiled and i saw his grill and sheeesh " gazzy looked like he zoned out for bit and then smiled really big,

" nah , omar finer doe , dats my mf'in baby " he said while looking over at omar sitting on da bench on his phone. how cuuute.

" maybe we'll see him around " i told gaz who laughed and told us jah had already invited him eat lunch wit us. damn yall niggas really like new people.

fourth period had finally passed and i was so ready to go to lunch. i've been trying not to ditch a lot anymore cause my mom was getting on my ass about all da truancy mail we've been getting , especially because i hadn't been at this school for dat long.

i made it to our table and sat down with jah, omar, gus, tracy, and jared (yes i know everyone's names now), we were waiting on gazzy and dat new kid, and kimetrius texted me that he was getting us pizza so he was gonna be a lil late to lunch.

after like 5 mins gaz came up with the kid but i didn't really pay attention cause i was texting kimetrius.

" alr guys this is - " i looked up at the kid and my stomach turned and i felt like i was gonna throw up. steven.

" - steven, he just moved from san francisco, hey isn't dat where you're from di ? "

gazzy scratched his head and kinda shook his head like if thinking too much was hurting his brain. connect the dots gaz, connect the dots.

gazzy went around introducing everyone and when he landed on me i almost started crying.

" and this is - "

" yeah, we've met before " steven smirked as i turned red and squirmed in my seat

" yall have classes together ? " gazzy asked confused

" nah we know each other cause - "

kimetrius came up behind and hugged me with one arm and placed the pizza on the table with da other, kissing my cheek lightly. phew.

" hey baby, guys, what i miss gaz ? "

" oh dis steven, da new kid i was telling yall about "

ki stuck his hand out and introduced himself, while steven smacked it aggressively in return. i mentally stabbed him over while kimetrius sat down next to me with a confused ass look on his face. it's gonna be a long fucking day.
