Chapter 2

Khushi was feeling something new & different, b4 that she never feel like this for any guy, she had a best friend named Tina, she always shared everything with her & when Tina came to meet Khushi at her place this time she told about Arnav as well.
Tina: What are you saying dear?! I don't believe it! You liked someone? Im sure he must b very special, So how long it went?
K: You are impossible tina! Seriously!? There is nothing going on, its just I feel there is something between Special about him. I found him being nice & genuine. That's it!
T: you crazy girl if you won't talk how you will get to know where this will take you? What he feels?
K: we work in different departments, we hardly meet with each other, How will it work? & u know that very well there is no time for me for love and all, I have many other's problem to deal with L
T: I know everything what u want & what not, but you never know what will happen, till you wont approach it might be possible later it works well & he become your strongest support & inspire you to fulfill all your duties towards your family
K: I know what you are trying to imply but why someone as charming like him & fun loving guy will ever show interest on me?
T: stop underestimating urself, at least u should try by developing friendship, if not in a love relationship you might get a good friend at least J
K: but How??
T: hmmm well, if not in the office you guys can try to b friends & talk on fb or other social site? As you have described him, im sure he must be on FB. Lets check
K: No I don't think it will be right thing to do.
T: nothing is right for you ever, now stop this drama & tell me his name so I can search.
K: Arnav, Arnav Singh Raizada
T: Wow what a power packed name! let me see, & after typing that name & going through frm few acc, they finally could found him
Seeing his profile a sweet smile along with blush comes on her face
T: not bad ! hah! Looks dashing.. lets send him a request
K:NO NO, have you gone crazy!? Please don't, who knows what he ll think about me
T: why? Cant two colleagues be friends on FB? It's a common thing in today's world. Stupid girl, im sending that's it !, saying this she pressed that button & within half an hour it got accepted as well, seeing this Khushi's heart beat a skip
T: look he accepted & also msged Hi, Khushi cant believe , her happiness has no bound,
T: You continue the chat! I need to go, all the best & give her a hug & she said thank you.
K: hello
A: so good to see u here
K: same here, actually we don't get enough time in the office to talk so I thought to add u here J
A: give a like sign,
That's how there communication started, they use to do chat almost everyday, share each other's likes, dislikes, passions & dreams, with her virtual company Arnav's loneliness, which he used to feel after reaching home, reduced a lot & he was liking this new development in him & want to bring it in real life as well.
It was getting late maximum employee gone, only few were left, Arnav was also leaving when his eyes fall on Khushi, who was working on an employee's computer, he was little surprised as she isn't permanent there she should leave b4 the others, he went there & said
A: Hi
Khushi who was busy to complete the work, making a pony but few of her hairs wr coming out, she was looking too cute, she said
K: hello (but this time looked lil tensed)
A: You didn't get home yet? U supposed to leave b4 us right?
K: yeah but Lina Ma'am give a paper work to complete & asked to mail by 7 so need to complete,
A: oh I see, he was waiting for her as she continue her working, he was really amazed to see her dedication toward her work which wasn't even permanent, he kept looking while she was working, her hair were blowing on the air, how he wished to remove them, by brushing his finger on her hair & skin but he just felt it won't be right, after sometime Khushi realized he was still there, she said
K: Why you didn't leave yet? Its getting late
A: for u its not getting late??
K: well, it is ! but im delaying because of this work but u can go, right? Moreover Im almost done I will be done by 10 mins
A: oh tt will be great, then we can leave the place together
Khushi give a confused look,
A: actually almost everyone left the office so I just thought, u r new here might feel uncomfortable, that's y
Khushi was really touched by his this gesture, smile & said
K: thanks, thts so nice of u, but you don't need to trouble yourself for me.
A: no troubles it ll b my pleasure, in this way we will get some time to talk
K: Sorry, I didn't get you?
A: actually here I talked almost with everyone, except you so its good that today I got that opportunity
She just smiled & a slight blush make its place on her cheeks.
By this time she is done with her mailing & they left the office together. As Arnav was on his bike, he noticed that Khushi still did not get any transport & was walking so he took his bike at her direction & said,
A: hey Khushi, if u don't mind, can I drop u? as its getting late & don't think you will get a ride soon so let me drop u
K (Khushi was lil confused don't know what to say, still said): no its ok, I will manage
A: don't b scared; u will b safe with me, saying this he gave a smile.
K: no its not like that, actually I hv never ride on a bike b4 so don't know how ride (feeling little embarrassed)
He laugh & said: that's it! let me show u, he got down from his bike & help her to sit on it, while doing so, he forwarded his & and asked to hold it & said "u can trust me, I wont let u fall", those words had something that it seems she got hypnotized & follow to his direction, now both are on bike, she kept staring at him & he said, u can keep ur hand on my shoulder if u r feeling scared, at first she was feeling hesitated then he put her hand there making her surprised, but in few minutes she got relaxed & was enjoying her first bike ride with him <3 she was lost for a while whn he asked for her hom direction she get back to reality & blushed .
After reaching home she texted him,
K: thanks, it was really nice of u & I hope u will also reach home safely
After reaching home, Arnav saw that msg& smiled & send a happy face smiley
He lay down of his bed & keep thinking of her, the very first day he saw her, she was shy & scared, and then in those eye contacts, their chatting, her being so caring, the care & affection which he was missing from last few years he was getting it from her, through online .
Days are passing like this, both where liking the new change in them, one day at night Khushi got a msg from Arnav
A: hey Khushi, where r u?is everything ok with u?
K: hi, yeah im fine, u are sounding worried is there anything wrong?
A: u r fine, then y u didn't come to office today?
K:huh? Who said I didn't? I was in the office
A: What? Then y didn't I see u around ?where were you? I thought you didn't come
K: oh actually today I got shifted to the upper floor as that department had one employee short so they asked me to fill her duties
A: but I don't even saw u entering into the office
This question & his concern Bring a big smile on her face J wasn't that cute, the way he was showing concern <3
K: dad dropped me earlier today , that time you didn't arrive may be that's why.
A: oh I see. Ok u take care, see u tomorrow
Frm tht day, Arnav started to come earlier than b4, Khushi was really surprised as his cabin was little far from the entrance, but everyday he used to stand by or show excused to talk with his collogues & stealing glance of her & she could sense it very well & his this act make her blush. Everything was going like this & both knew that may bits more than friendship.
One day at lunch hour, Khushi was feeling lonely & sad as basically she canthv lunch alone so she used to hv it with dolly di but tht day due to some reason she took off so  Khushi had to have it alone, Arnav was also going to hv it when his eyes fall on her & he said,
A: Hey Khushi! If u don't mind can I join u?
K(lil shy): yeah y not
He sit beside her, & as she open her box, he felt like hving it as it was home made food, she brought some plain rice, vegetable &chiken curry & along with roti all looking good but Arnav don't get to hv such gharkakhana as in office he order food as no one is there to prepare, the maid, cooked the food for home thts more than enough, more over he is tired to hv that L
K offered to have some which bring a big smile on his face, thanks
A: actually I have ordered my food already it might arrive in few minutes , but I won't mind sharing a bite, saying this he took a bite from it & said wow
A: can I hv another one, as im tired of having restaurant foods, really craving for homemade foods
K: yeah sure, u can.
A: if I have your whole Tiffin then what u ll have? U also have with me? Im eating alone, , then she too take a bite, & said
K: y don't u bring food from home?
A: who will cook for me?., mom isn't keeping well & I cnt look after her so she shifted with my Aunt & no one is there at home, there is a maid who cooks sometime but I dnt feel like eating her food much
K: so sad, then y don't u get married ? if you will have your wife she will cook for you, right?
A: Everyone says the same & our senior colleagues also suggested many alliances but I didn't like any of them.
K: so what kind of girl or life partner you are looking for?
K: who can bear my craziness (smile dreamily), calm, composed, sweet, like u, both eyes meet & he didn't realized, what he said & she didn't know how to react when he said like "You" it seems butterflies where dancing in her stomach, she got nervous & felt shy & said ,
K: I need to go. I have some work to do.

As she left he said, in my unconsciousness I told her what I really want, I think im falling in love with her.
Khushi also started to feel the same way he did that too from the very first day, but she as so many complications in her life that she isn't sure either to express her love or keep it to herself, will he understand her problems& will support her? So many things running on her mind, but in this last two months she could realize that Arnav is very supporting & caring guy but what will happen next? When he will get to know about her family problems, will he be that sweet? She cant get any answer of her questions but she knows the happiness & peace she get being with him, she never felt this before, where those eyestalk from distance or their chat, she always feel happy.
