Chapter 10

Xavier P.O.V.

I was Waiting by Rosa's locker for a while. My pulse beat harder and my heart faulted for a second. And then some out shouted.

"SOMEONE CALL AN AMBULANCE!"

I didn't think I just ran. I ran as hard and as fast as I could. I just knew it was her.

It was mere seconds before I shoved my way through the crowd to her body.

She was just out her heart beat was slowing and I could hear it. My heart hurt physically and was beating heart!

The ambience came and took her away with Michael in with her. I got in my car and drove like a mad man all the way to the hospital. The only thing I could think of was my mate!

Fast forward 3 days

"DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANYTHING YET!" Michael screamed at them.

Rosaline was in a medically induced coma.

"Her heart was stressed something was I don't know taking from her energy. We don't have a medical reason but I'm telling you that s what happened. Her heart just couldn't take it and it gave out."

This was about me more specifically about the fight. That's why her heart gave out. God damn it.

"What can you do"

"Find a donor but we don't have one. Your highness can I speak to you privately" I nod and follow him to empty hallway.

"Sir she is apart of Aplin. No sir she is Aplin"

"That is why you can't find a heart for her?"

"Sir she has a heart of solid gold. There is none like it."

"How can I help her?"

"The best solution I have come up with is marking her sir. Her blood would transform to an extent it could transform her. Heal her."

I don't answer I just walk out and back to Michael.

"We need to talk Michael." He follows me to an empty hospital room. 

"What do we need to talk about your highness?" He asked

"What I'm about to tell you is a highly contained secret and if it gets out could and will put your sister into danger." He nodded with purpose and intent in his eyes.

"Your sister is apart a series visions. They are called the Aplin visions. Many thousands of years ago the goddess made a completely pure group of people.

They became known as Seekero's. They had abilities of sorts. Normally things to do with either the Senses or the elements. But the trick is only one of them were ever on the earth at the same time. They were magical and incredibly important.

They often worked in key with the royal palace since they could tap into certain things. The very last one ever was named Aphrodite. Her last series of visions were all about the very last of her kind. She said there would be one more in many years to come. That she would be near death in her early years and we would have to find her and a cure before she died.

She said that something terrible was going to happen. That the girl would be the most powerful being to ever walk the earth at full power.

But she would also be the most pure being of all even passing the goddess herself. That she was the savior of us all. Or our greatest downfall if we failed in helping her complete her journey."

"What this have to do with my sister Sir?"

"The only way to be positive that someone is apart of the Seekero's line was by there heart. They would always be different mostly either silver or bronze however s few were rocks of sorts. But the girl was said to have the golden heart. Your sister has a golden heart that is why they can't repair it."

He thought for a moment taking it all in slowly before responding

"How can we save her?"

"Well there is only one way that anyone can think of... if I mark her she would be more powerful and her body would be strong enough to heal her hopefully."

"So do it then Xavier!" Michael said in a duh tone.

"But wait there is more to me marking her then you understand. If I mark her every single werewolf in the world would know she has been found as queen.

My enemies would be hers. And since we are hear there will most likely be attacks on her life. Not only that but she wouldn't have a choice in the matter. Marking and mating with me would force her to bear the crown."

" I see. Well I am prepared for that. The pack is the second strongest in the world and they are allies with plenty of packs. Plus I am sure that many other packs would volunteer if necessary.

And as for the crowning part Rosa has always been a leader and completely selfless. She is strong and caring and smart. She would make a beautiful queen. Unless you don't want her..." He said getting angry.

"Of course I want her! I am well aware that she is gorgeous. And as selfless as she maybe I am not. I am selfish when it comes to her. I love her and I want her so much.

But if marking her makes her completely hate me and never speak to me if rather her alive and hating me then dead because of could be's" I exclaimed standing at my full height.

We shared a nod then silently spine that we agreed on doing it.

We left the room and Michael and Charolette went home. Me, I went to my love.

But one thing bothered me. Where are her parents ? Why haven't they returned our calls and text messages? All they said was that they were to busy to leave Russia. Awful!

"Hello my love! I have no idea if you can hear me in that gorgeous head of yours but I'm going to try and help you. I have to mark you but I want to tell you that if there was may other way that wouldn't put our relationship at risk I would do it.

However sadly there isn't. I love you so much and I know how much you will hate this. But I promise you this isn't a forceful, love less, jealous, or even dominating act. I am purely doing this because I can't live without you here with me. I need you. And if that makes me a selfish bastard then so be it.

I am so sorry my love"

And then a kissed where I would mark her and did so. Then climbed into bed with her and cuddled her frame. Her slightly eratical heart beat slowed to a steady rhythm matching mine. Almost like a lullaby and I fell asleep to the sound of it.

~So this chapter has over 1,100 words which makes it the longest written so far! But I just want to say thank you to anyone who is giving my story a chance and reading it! I appreciate it so much!!Also the breaks in the paragraphs are simply there for reading purposes because as someone who reads a lot on wattpad I know longer parts can be a little more challenging to read!
