A/N: It's a short one, I know! But is it also an important chapter? Read and you shall see! Not too many new words in this chapter, so there isn't a key this time. Love and feedback always welcomed and appreciated!

I woke up shivering and buried myself into the warm strong body next to me. My eyes snapped open, the memories of last night came rushing back.
I groaned covering my face. I can't believe I told him all of that. He must think I'm such a cry baby. That's twice I've ugly cried in front of him. He's getting too close too fast. I hate that it felt good to open up to him. What is wrong with me? I sighed, pushing out of his arms.
"Where are you going?" He asked his arm tightening around my waist.
"I...nowhere." I sighed closing my eyes. His fingers found my chin tilting my head to look at him. Those damn eyes of his are too deep.
"Are you okay?" He asked as a lone tear rolled down my cheek which he gently wiped away.
"Yes I'm fine, I grumbled angry that my emotions are still raw, I'm sorry I'm being such a crybaby. I don't know what's wrong with me." I sighed and he smiled turning over so that he is looking down at me. His face resting on his hand.
"There's nothing wrong with you, sesti. There's nothing wrong with sharing your heart with your dejaino." He smiled and I rolled my eyes, making him laugh.
"There's Miss Independent again, you must be feeling better." He said and I blushed my heart tingling at the teasing look in his eyes.
"Stop doing that." I grumbled, but snuggled closer to him needing to feel his warmth. He smiled kissing my cheek rubbing his hand over my back.
"How about I make us breakfast, what do you want?" He asked starting to get up but I snaked my arm around his waist holding him tight to keep him where he was.
"I don't want you to move yet." I mumbled and heard him chuckle as I fell back to sleep.
I woke up on the couch curled up in a blanket with the smells of a delicious breakfast cooking. I sat up thoroughly confused, when did I get inside and when did he start making breakfast? Kai walked up to me and licked my face, I laughed petting him.
"Good morning to you too, Kai." I said looking around for Darius.
"Morning, sunshine." He smiled from the kitchen.
"Good morning." I said getting up to walk to the bar. Damn, breakfast smelled great. I am so glad he can cook, because my skills were more for the outdoors and making gardens and such.
"Why did you come inside?" I asked enjoying the feel of the cool morning and the brisk air.
"Well, I was hungry, it was cold and you were shivering."
"A cold brisk morning never hurt anyone!" I said as my stomach gave a protesting growl.
"But a hungry stomach did." He laughed.
"Let's eat outside?" I asked.
"You love being outside." He said.
"I'm an Earth master of course I like being outside." I said shaking my head.
We took our food out to the patio and I sighed enjoying the feel of the morning air on my skin. I caught him watching me as he sipped his coffee.
"What?" I blushed I swear he can see into my soul when he looks at me like that. He smiled, shaking his head.
