I sighed as I dip my whole body in the cream marble patterned bathtub. The warm water was very comforting for my tensed muscles and stress. God, was today a hectic day. Only one thing could bring some enjoyment to me. I chuckled lightly at myself as I took the novel The Cruel Prince from the small glass table beside the bathtub and started reading it. The lead female was a very strong woman, named Jude, both in mind and body. She reminds me of Artemis. That woman is strong, independent and beautiful. "She also has a beautiful body..." I mumbled to myself as I dipped in further, trying to concentrate on reading, at the same time being careful not to wet it.

Suddenly something flew right outside my bathroom window. Startled, I stood up and quickly wrap the small towel around me. I went closer to my window and saw Eros flying around with a girl in his hand. I rolled my eyes; that guy is always finding someone to fuck.

I walked to my bedroom and just plopped down. I could care less about being wrapped in a small towel. Suddenly all the things that took place today came flooding in me.

"Why do we need to buy to dresses for the party? And I don't even want to go." I say slightly annoyed while my friend, Ares just dragged me. "Girl, you haven't bought anything in a long time. You need to buy something! They also have got new collections for Summer!" Ares said all excited.

"Well, for your lovely information, I bought a dress 3 weeks ago. I don't see the rush in buying a new one." I demanded.

"Honey, you are gonna love this!" Ares squealed as she dragged me into a shop. It seemed pretty expensive. Like even if we are Gods and all, we have to keep a budget and work hard on week days.

"Ares... I really don't want to buy anything..." Ares just frowned at me. I could also tell that she noticed the tone of my voice because, this tone could only indicate one thing, which she was quite familiar with.

"Nike..." Ares said as she rubbed her temples and walked towards me. She engulfed me in a hug and said " I wish I could also comfort you by hugging the way you always do to me. Listen, you are beautiful. The people who judge, let them do their job because in the end does it even matter? Their opinions?" I knew all this, yet I can't help but feel vulnerable. I just nod. She beamed as she pulled me to a section of summer collections. They were full of tight and short sleeved dresses. Fuck me.

"Ares, I am going to that section over their" I said smiling slightly. She replied with an "ok" as I stride towards the dresses. This section was of loose and medium or long sleeved. After scanning for 5 minutes I finally found a dress. It was long, and was red coloured with white roses on the upper half. The lower half being coverd with rose patterns in white glitter. It was beautiful, moreover, the roses smelled fresh. I took it out and saw that it wasn't my size. "I knew it" I mumbled under my breath as I approached a staff.

"Hello, um can I get this dress in my size? She scanned me, and then, with a grin she replied "Yes, please wait for a moment." I stood there as she soon approached me and gave me my size. I smiled at her as I approach the dressing room. I took of my top flowered dress and medium plain skirt. Leaving me in my black leggings. I stared at my reflection for a while and frown.  "If Ares had saw me like this, she would never call me beautiful..." I smiled sadly at the thought. I know it's pathetic to call yourself ugly. But when you are ugly, you are ugly.

I quickly rubbed the tears away that was welling up in my eyes and put on the dress. It was very loose and it didn't revealed my curves. i didn't expected it, but It looked pretty on me. " I don't look as bad as I thought" I chuckled lightly.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang. Forgetting the fact that I was still in my towel, I opened the door only to reveal the one and only Hephaestus. He widened his eyes as he yelled "What the fuck woman! Cover up!" I was confused at first then I realised that I was still practically naked, with only a small towel covering my body.

"Oh shoot!!" I panicked as I slammed the door shut to his face. I quickly ran into my room and change into a cape sleeved top made of lilac flowers and a white wide leg pants.  I opened the door as I saw him still waiting there. "Sorry Caelum." To be honest, I actually felt bad that Hephaestus had to see such a terrifying sight. "No problem" he chuckled. He was probably amused at my naked face and messy hair. "Take a seat while I get prepared, feel free to eat anything except the cloud chips in the third cupboard, and don't touch my rose-chocolate ice cream." I said as I saw him sprawling over my couch from my peripheral vision. "He's a understanding one." I grin at the thought.

I put on some light foundation with golden highlighter, black eyeliner and mascara, and pastel pink lipstick. I put my hair up in a messy bun, as usual, with petals of Light Purple Maras, a special type of flower which comes in a variety of colours only cultivated in the north.

Ans as usual, unattractive. I sighed while I put on the back flower designed clip earring. Carefully turning the screws to make sure I don't screw up. 

I walked out on him eating golden churros. He moaned at the taste as he continued to look at my pet rabbit, giggling and grinning from time to time. He looks like a man and but his mind is of a child. Once I asked him that what is mental age is and he replied with 5.

"Dude get up." I said as I took my purse, not forgetting the keys. He stood up and looked at me up and down. His looks were dark and unpredictable. Do I look bad?

He just smiled as he clapped his hands together to remove the churro crusts. I quickly locked my house and started walking together towards a restaurant he wanted to visit. It was a Italian restaurant. He said that their food was exactly like the mortal's. Well, that is exciting.

We entered the restaurant, our nostrils quickly taking in the delicious smell of breads and flavours. Excited, I look around the restaurant; coming across a face i didn't i wanted to deal with today.
