Lost
doctors came rushing in through the sterilized white doors of a mysterious hospital. I was surrounded by people in white masks and blue uniforms.
"shh it's okay, it's okay. what's wrong? check her readings!!" one of the blurred figures said.
"the woods! the woods!!!" I yelled repeatedly, not recognising my own voice.
the doctor put a hand on my left arm to cox me into sitting down but I refused. I screamed at him, raking my nails down his arm as if I were a cat. another set of hands was placed onto my right and I screamed louder and started violently shaking, refusing to be restrained.
" she needs to be sedated!" one of the doctors yelled at a nurse.
for a brief moment he appeared to be the evil being from my dreams and I thought of myself as the girl with scarlet eyes.
Then came the thorns that pierced my skin, just like her night after horrendous night.
only it wasn't thorns that pricked my skin, it was a needle that contained a monstrous liquid that would send me into a deep , terrible slumber. into the woods I would be sent. into the woods I would be destroyed. into the woods where I would stay forever .
"into the woods.." were the last words the monsters in evil cloaks would hear.
The last words of my time as a human.
