the girl runs aimlessly through the tree scattered woods. her eyes looked like droplets of blood. her screams the same each time.
hour after hour I watched her fall into the thorn bush. hour after endless hour I watched the terrible creature devour her.
the sequence seemed to be endless.
Stuck in a never ending nightmare where all i could hear were cries for help and an ear splitting scream.
Then it all changed.
Suddenly the girl was running towards me instead of the bush and i was paralyzed where i stood. I had no sense of feeling and no way to move.
All i could do was stare as the blood red moon slid out from behind the dark gray clouds to shed its crimson light on me.
The girl collided with my body and i heard a ghostly whisper saying sorry.
My scream blended with the sound of lightning and the viscous winds whipping through the woods as it seemed i was being lost in time and space. My body felt like it was being ripped into pieces..
And then again maybe it was. i can't really remember..
Because the next thing i knew, i was running.
