Nightmare the Prince of The Moon has an arranged marriage to the Princess of Life. He has never met her and doesn't even know what she looks like but he has to marry her he doesn't have a choice. His brother Dream the Prince of The Sun is trying to comfort Nightmare but it isn't working and Nightmare is considering running away.

Cross the Prince of Truth is looking for someone to marry so he can become the King of Truth. He isn't looking for a Princess, he's looking for a Prince. He's the Prince of Truth and he doesn't really lie and his kingdom respects that and they are happy that there Prince is special and unique. They don't care that he wants to marry a boy to them it doesn't matter.
