Chapter 6

When Nightmare awoke the next morning there was the smell of... He wasn't sure but he liked it. So he walked to the kitchen. He had finally learned his way around.

In the kitchen a bunny monster he has seen around the castle was cooking.

"G-good morning" Night said with a smile

"Oh Night good morning. Did you sleep well?"

Nightmare now standing next to her smiled and said "yah..... Also umm whats your name?"

"My name is Zoe I'm the head maid here and normally I cook but yesterday was different" she smiled flipping a pancake

"Oh can I help in anyway?"

Zoe thought for a moment "umm oh yes I need you to find the strawberries and Apple's the Princes love those with there pancakes"

Nightmare walked over to the fruit basket. No apples. He look in the cabinet. Nothing. Then he looked in a drawer. There where grapes but no strawberries or apples.

"Umm I think we are all out of both of those" Nightmare admitted

Zoe turned around. "Umm well I guess you can go see if either of the Princes are awake and you can take then to the market to buy some more."

Nightmare nodded and walked to Cross room.

Cross was at his desk reading a book there was a knock at his door he just ignored it and kept reading.

Nightmare sighed and walked to Killers room and knocked

Killer had gotten dressed and when he opened the door there stood Nightmare he looked like he was about to knock.

Nightmare smiled "good morning!"

Killer returned the smile "morning Night"

"Zoe wants me to take you or Cross to the market but I guess Cross was still asleep so.... Will you come with me?" Nightmare asked

"Oh yeah I'll come! What are we getting?"

"Strawberries and Apple's" Nightmare rubbed his 'eye'

"Yes I love Apple's.... oh are we having pancakes for breakfast?!"

Nightmare nodded. Killer grabbed Nightmare arm and then they ran out of the castle and to the market

"Your father wants you and only you to go look for your brother"

"Yes mother"

"If you see him bring him home he has abandoned his duties as the future king"

The Price of the Sun nodded to his mother before walking off.

"Look Night yellow apples!!!"

Nightmare smiled He didn't know that someone could be this excited over Apple's.

"Ohhhh their are green ones too!!" Killer was quite literally jumping up and down for the apples

"I am not sure how many we need so you can get three if you want"

Killer bought the green, yellow and red apples as soon as Nightmare said that now they where looking for strawberries. Killer had wandered off somewhere probably staring at more apples while Nightmare was looking for strawberries which where pretty expensive.

So he was checking every stand for the cheapest ones.

"Why am I here Nightmare wouldn't come to a market he hates buying more then two different things it's too stressful for him"  the undercover Prince of the Sun looked around not seeing his brother anywhere.

But he did see an interesting looking skeleton talking to some kids as the kids walked of they said "bye Prince Killer have a good day!"

The Price waved bye to the children before tossing a yellow apple into the air he caught it and walked over to some stands.

Killer had been asked by some kids where he got the apples when he asked why he was hart broken so he summoned one of his knifes and cut his red and green apples so the three kids could split it.

He was sad he lost his favorite fruit but he was happy that he knew some kids would live longer he also told himself he would give some gold to the people in poverty in his kingdom soon.

When he walked over to the strawberries stand he felt eyes on him he ignored it he was a Prince someone is probably confused on why he was here is all.

"Night!" No called getting the attention of Nightmare

Nightmare smiled and waved Killer ran over to him and they both looked through the prices. Till Nightmare randomly sneezed.

"OH MY GOD IT IS YOU!!!!!! BROTHER!!!!!" Nightmare was tackled by a skeleton that looked just like him but younger.

"D-Dream?" Nightmare said looking at the skeleton hugging him

"Yep!!...." the Dream skeleton got off Nightmare and helped him up. "Mother sent me out to find you and bring you ho-" He was cut off by Killer grabbing Nightmare by the hood

"I'm sorry but he's under the protection of the Prince of Pride" Killer said looking at Dream

"Killer stop let him talk" Nightmare pushed Killer and he let of his hood

Killer started to whine "But you can't leave! Cross needs you!" Nightmare rolled his eye lights

"Umm I'm confused" Dream said

"Well this is Killer the Prince of Pride and Cross is his brother the Prince of Truth" Nightmare explained

"Wait so is Cross....... YOUR NEW BOYFR-" Nightmare covered Dreams mouth

"No Dream we aren't dating"

"Not yet~" Killer said smirking Nightmare glared at him

"Do they know" Dream started

"Killer knows that I'm the .... Prince of the Moon" he whispered the last part

"Oh ok" Dream smiled

"We need to get strawberries and then we are- wait Killer didn't you have three apples?" Nightmare was confused

Killer laughed awkwardly. "Did you give them to those kids?" Dream asked. Killer looked at Dream

"Uh yeah actually they asked where I got them and I asked why they said that they where hoping they could get them cheap since they can barely afford anything..... so I gave the three little boys two of my apples" Dream smiled and hugged him

"Oh my god oh my god!!! You're so nice!!" Nightmare smirked

"Well I have the strawberries off I go. Bye love birds~" and Night ran towards the castle which wasn't very far

Killer put an arm around Dreams waist "close your eyes" Dream listened and they teleported

By the time Nightmare got there Killer and Dream where sitting at the table.

"But how!!" Nightmare yelled

"I teleported us" Killer said proudly Dream giggled

Cross came in and sat down yawning "who's this?" Cross asked

Nightmare answer "my brother he has to leave soon though and I can't go home"

"Whys that?" Cross was considered

"Our parents think he's a disgrace since he like boys in stead of girls" Dream said

Nightmare handed Zoe the strawberries and then said "you could have just said I was gay. That's so much easier" (is it just me or does Nightmare acted different when Dream is around)

They didn't share any words between each other till the food was put on the table.

Everyone ate Cross was seated next to Nightmare. Dream and Killer where on the other side of the table holding hands they didn't even notice but it was really cute.

"So you're gay?" Cross said

Nightmare nodded  "been that way since I was 10"

"And how old are you now?" Cross said

"22 my brother over there is 19"
