The day has come. The day my article is printed. It is on the front page of Dave's precious newspaper. What he doesn't know is that on the New York Times, there is a small, but very noticeable paragraph. It calls out Dave and the newspaper. I do look like a scorned lover, but it is worth it. Dave loved the article. He said that even though there is no solid proof it will scare Niall's investors off. Niall has promised me that it wouldn't.

It is Sunday and Niall has decided that we should go to brunch. He is trying to keep my mind off of everything. Niall wants to go to brunch to celebrate though. He doesn't care what happens. Niall said that even if he lost his company he would be set for life. He would buy a place in New York or maybe Ireland. Either way, whatever happens is fine.

"Ronnie, let's go!" Niall yells from the bottom of the stairs.

"I'm coming!" I yell from his room.

I am just debating on bringing my phone. I know Dave or Jill, maybe both, are going to call me when they find out about the New York Times. I'm prepared though. Niall came up with the perfect lie. I grab my phone and slide it into my back pocket of my jeans. I leave the room and walk downstairs. I find Niall looking down at his phone. His tight skinny jeans and red t-shirt with the Flash logo make me smile. Niall looks up and smiles at me.

"I invited the lads. We have some explaining to do." Niall says as he reaches for my hand.

"Uh oh. Are they mad?" I ask as I become nervous.

"At first, but not anymore." Niall gives me a reassuring smile. "Well, there is one thing Harry is mad about."

"And what is that?" I barely mentioned him.

"Harry isn't a manwhore." I roll my eyes as Niall says this. "It is all an act. The board wanted one of us to take over, for there to be only one CEO, and only one face of the company. Our dads argued over who it should be. Harry has never had a desire to be the CEO. Harry wants to have time to spend with his future wife and kids. I figured I could be the CEO, but I include Harry in everything."

"Its all an act?" I ask dumbfounded.

"Yep. I mean he has slept with a receptionist or a flight attendant here and there, but he takes it more seriously than you think," Niall explains.

Not only do I feel like a jerk, but I also feel stupid. Harry Styles is actually a good guy, except for how he treats me. I need to apologize and talk to Chloe. She deserves to know the truth.

"You should have told me sooner!" I bump my shoulder into his.

"I had to wait until Harry gave me the go ahead." Niall smirks at me.

We talk about silly little things as we take the elevator down to the lobby. We continue to talk about anything, but what is happening in the world of news. This continues all the way to the restaurant. I don't know how healthy it is that we are avoiding it. Niall didn't even bring his phone. His dad is going to call and he doesn't want to deal with that today.

When we reach the restaurant we see Harry, Louis, Liam, and Margo standing outside. Niall didn't mention Margo. I wonder if he didn't know she was coming or if it is just common sense that wherever Liam goes, Margo goes. I'm not complaining though. Niall parks the Range Rover and we get out. We walk over to everyone and I start to feel nervous.

As we reach them Louis says, "well, if it isn't the little snoopy rat."

"I prefer the term undercover." I try to tease.

"I like little snoopy rat better." Louis smirks at me. "Thanks for not writing the truth. I'm too young for prison."

"Don't you care that she said we don't do anything?" Liam asks with a glare.
