Y/N was having a snack while Jimin was returning the car he used from Jungkook. He was going to ride a taxi home.

Meanwhile, Taehyung was trying his best not to be chaotic since he knew that Y/N wanted silence.

She was pretty exhausted after five hours of taking pictures of a model. Even more exhausted than she usual is since she hated the woman she had to work for.

Y/N was always the type of person to do many things for money. It was a first for her to have second thoughts about working for someone she hated, but could pay her well.

She stole glances of Taehyung every now and then to see what he was doing. It was a bit odd for Y/N to see the man all quiet.

"Taehyung?"

"Hm?"

"Why are you so quiet?" Y/N asked.

"Why so serious?" Taehyung asked with a smile.

"Uh...I'm resting, duh," Y/N replied, as a matter-of-factly.

"And I want you to have some peace," Taehyung said, replying to her question. "You seem really tired."

"Yeah,"

"Where's Jimin? I want to ask him something." Taehyung said, looking around the living room.

"Oh, he went to give the car he used back to Jungkook. He should be here pretty soon." Y/N replied.

"Jungkook? As in your crush?" Taehyung asked, not meaning to tease Y/N, but for information.

Y/N didn't reply. She wasn't ready to admit it, even if many knew it very well already. "We're best friends, nothing more, nothing less."

Taehyung smiled. She seems sad to say that they're just friends. What's wring with admitting her feelings? Isn't that better than keeping it bottled up inside her pretty heart?

"You should really admit it already." Taehyung advised, walking to the chair in front of Y/N and sitting down.

Y/N looked down at her snack. She didn't want to talk about it, she had a feeling that she would become emotional.

"I can't,"

"You mean, you don't want to. You're scared of hearing him reject you. You're afraid of rejection." Taehyung said, looking at Y/N with caring eyes.

"What do you know about me?"

"Many things." Taehyung replied. "Just because I'm in a painting, doesn't mean I don't know what's happening in your life."

Y/N didn't want to admit it, but he was right about everything. He was right, she was scared of getting rejected.

"I don't love him. Like I said, we're just friends." Y/N said, refusing to admit her feelings for Jungkook.

Taehyung let out a chuckle. "It seems like the more I tell you to admit it, the more you don't. I just have one advice, don't lie to yourself."

Taehyung stood up from his seat, assuming that she was getting upset over what he had told her. He needed her to cool down.

Y/N almost forgot about her snack while talking to Taehyung. She took a bite of her snack then threw the wrapper.

She thought about what he said about not lying to herself.

She was lying to herself. She loved Jungkook. She doesn't want to see him taken by someone else. But wasn't that being possessive already?

She sighed, confused on what to do next. Sometimes she felt like Jungkook just loved her as a sister he could never have, but he sometimes treated her like she was the only one in his heart.
