"S A F E"
Lara's POV
"Hands up, Lauren. Napapaligiran ka na namin!"
I lifted my head when I heared that
It was the man I didn't expect to come...
"Kuya! Kuya!" Tawag ni Tzuyu
Yes....It was Taehyung
"Tzu?! Lara?! Sh*t!! Kumakalat na yung apoy. I'll take you out of there!!" He said and we heared footsteps. We cannot see anything infront of us now due to the heavy smoke and fire
We just heard a splash of water and most of the fire disappeared, we saw Taehyung with a gun. Nakataas ang kamay ni Lauren pati na ang mga kasama niya. Inilagay naman sa stretcher si Hoseok. Kinalagan kami ni Taehyung at niyakap kami
"I'm sorry" He said "Let's get out of here. Sila na ang bahala kay Lauren" Sabi niya at tumakbo na kami palabas
"You can't escape me Lara!!" Sabi ni Lauren na akmang kukuhanin ang baril niya sa na nasa lapag ngunit nagpaputok ang isang pulis
"Wag ka nang magsalita!!" Wika nito"Taehyung...Umalis na kayo dito. Kami na ang bahala" Sabi niya pa. Tumango si Taehyung at hinila na kami palabas at papasok ng kotse. Dinala niya muna kami sa hospital para magamot ang ilang sugat namin
"Okay ka na ba?" Tanong niya "O-Oo....Nasaan pala si T-Tzuyu?" Tanong ko
"Nasa kabilang bed siya. She's unconscious right now. The doctor said, She inhaled a lot of smoke from the fire earlier" He said "T-Thank you...Taehyung" Sabi ko at nginitian siya
"It was nothing...." He said "I didn't know you're a police?" I asked him
"Yes I am" He said and laughed"By the way...Lara....I-I need to tell you something" He said with a serious tone
"What is it?" I asked him
"M-Matagal ko nang gustong sabihin 'to sayo.....Pero nawawalan kasi ako ng lakas ng loob.....Lara......M-Mahal kita....Mahal kita......Matagal na" Sabi niya na nagpatingin sakin sakanya
"Alam kong mahal mo si Yoongi at wala na akong pag asa......I-I just want to confess my feelings....I-I didn't expect you to reciprocate my feelings but....I just want to tell you this para mapanatag na ako....And I felt relieved....." He said and smiled
"I'm happy for you and Yoongi.....and also for the baby....." He said and hugged me "Just always remember that I'm always here for you.....I love you" Sabi niya pa at hinalikan ang noo ko
"You know what? Naging kalaban ko si Yoongi noon sa isang paligsahan sa school.....I won....Pero sinugod niya ako....He said that he will not lose again.....And he kept his promise....Nagkalaban ulit kami.....Sa business naman....Pinamana na kasi saamin half of the company ni Tita Haley.....Nakalaban ko siya sa isang debate.....And you know what? He talked to me after the debate, he said 'I will never let you win again. Not even once'. I just laughed it out but you know? I got scared....He can really be a beast if needed....But I saw him once....He's with you.....He smiled, laughed and joke around you....There I realized...You can really bring the best out of a person....Imagine? You turned a beast into a cute little cat? How powerful are you....And you also brought the best of me.....The best in me" He said and smiled at me...I felt my tears streaming down my eyes
"Why are you crying? I'm sorry!" He said and gently wiped my tears
"N-No....M-Maybe it's the pregnancy hormone...you know?" I said and laughed. He also laughed at me
