Sometimes some unexpected things do occur in your life guess what in me Veronica Stiles's life the current situation is unexpected. I was supposed to be frightened and here I'm am sitting on a comfortable sofa in front of two old ladies having a beautiful childlike heart.

Okay, she was not talking about his son .she was talking about Mark his grandson.she was not sounding happy talking about her own son. her words show great love for Mark. family love is given to the lucky ones. He's though. Her grandma loves him the most.

"So why are you here," grandma asked me

Yes I'm in an interrogation

"It's a long story to tell grandma.your son is actually great he helps a stranger allow her to take his car. I want to get away from someone so he helped me. I in a panic couldn't decide where to go so I told Tim to bring me here."I elaborate a little.

"Jennifer do we have popcorns at home," Lisa asked her.

Seriously what?

She nodded in reply.
"We have a lot of time to hear your story Veronica"Lisa turn to me and smile. Jennifer leaves the room for popcorns.

So I was going to play a narrator and have a live audience.

"Okay, so the story begins as...............

"We are going to be late Veronica you know we are invited."Emily was shouting at me .there is an inauguration party of a co-star Mark Gabriel. I never met him in person.it was of his upcoming movie. I don't want to go because I mostly avoid gatherings and secondly, I have an Anatomy test tomorrow. sure I have a very good life.

"Can't we just..

"No we can't you know Theo James is going to be there and I want to meet him, "Emily said with a big grin on her face.

Okay, I'm an actress but here my friends she's the one who loves meeting new people especially of showbiz media.

"Do I have a choice?" I asked her.

"No we are going and that is final," she said stubbornly.

Yes, she finally drags me there with her and also bribed me in wearing a hot red maxy having a long cut till knees and backless with elbow-length sleeves.totally not my choice.

She forces me to wear that just so that someone special can find me a tinsy bit attractive.....ugh! okay, so Mark Gabriel finds me attractive, make it more specific.
Yes because it was my slip of the tongue that I have a crush on Mark Gabriel but it was a complete lie to get escape from Jonathan.my co-star from the drama The Waves our on-screen couple was so hit that Emily wants me to make it official. but I can't and don't want it to be.so I lie to her face and now am facing the consequences.

Everything was cool at the party.
Do I regret coming here?
Hell yes!!

Mark was on stage giving his small little speech. there is something about him that is integrating. His personality is quite different.his way of speaking and why the hell no girl is trying to throw herself for him.ofcourse I'm not doing that but again he is damn hot.

It's like my half an hour and I have been hit by many of others but why no one tries to be with him. In the last few minutes I saw random girls coming and shaking hands with him but no one tries to hug him or something but a guy standing just with him is getting hug.who is he I don't know the other guy but he seems close to Mark.
His personality kind of beguiles me.

"Missing me sweetheart"
Can words stop your heart beating.            this voice stops mine. I forget to breathe. How he's here and find me. Next, I feel hands touching my bare back traveling down.

"You think you could escape me"

I shivered even the thought of him this close. Many close chapters of my life started unwinding.

This can't be real I'm dreaming. but the touch is real.

Nightmares are dreams too.

"Then I escape him granny and bump into Mark he couldn't saw my face firstly because of this mask and secondly because he was avoiding"I complete my story and shrugged like it's not a big deal couldn't tell them that this "He" in my life gives me the worst fright and I'm suffering a great amount of depression......
Sometimes my words make don't even sense.

"And who is this 'he' if I may ask, "Lisa asked and Jennifer turn her face to me hoping for an answer.

No, you can't!...my inner voice shouted...I wish it has a tongue too.

"My stepbrother...."both shocked faces look at me.

"My mother remarried after my father's death to a very rich businessman and he was already having a son. I don't like them. Occasionally they both clear their intensions towards me they want me to be their mistress from time to time and never open my mouth in front of the world and my mom because after all, they want my dad's leftover business and property too. I couldn't agree with them and them touching me. even I was eleven at that time. My dad trains me well since childhood to be brave and hold my ground and fight for the right thing...
So I left their house, my money, my mom and change myself a lo. I never want them in my life again".I complete my little speech even Emily knows everything.why in the hell, I tell them?
Before I realized I was already crying tears filling my checks and neck I felt cold then I felt two warm hands wrap around me...

"You are a brave girl, my child," Lisa said .my eyes met her warms smile and motherly touch. I instantly fall in love with her and hug her tightly.

"She can stay here as long as she wants, "Lisa said leaving me I understand then it was an order for Jennifer, not me...

"But lis she's not safe here... Gabriel will be back any time"Jennifer silent whisper her which Veronica clearly heard but before she could say anything...

"There is only one room in this damn house where she is saved, , "Lisa said and smile......
