"okay so, spinach, cumin, capsicum, parmesan and some lettuce, that right?"
"yes buddy, thanks!" seokjin waved to jeongguk as he was busy defrosting the steak and namjoon helped to cook up some side dishes with jin's supervision.
jeongguk skipped his way to the supermarket closeby to get the groceries. finals were over and he handed in all his assignments on time. to say he was happy was definitely a big understatement.
he was bobbing up and down to the music that filled his ears, searching for the list of ingredients seokjin told him to. shoppers stopped to stare at him, but he couldn't care less if he looked like a lunatic, he was thrilled for the school holidays.
"that'll be 15,000 won, sir."
said man gleamed and handed the money to the cashier, skipping out with grocery bags after; which wasn't the exact right thing to do at that moment.
"hey! stop right there you jackass!!!"
jeongguk lifted his head, and before he could react, he collided with another being. the impact sent jeongguk "flying" to the ground and his temple throbbing madly.
his world spun for about 7 seconds before he got up and dusted his shirt, trying to steady himself, his temple still stinging from the collision with the other bodied being. he let out a grimace and saw that all the groceries were strewn across the floor. jeongguk was about to cuss when he got pulled along and was forced to run.
he didn't even know who was holding his hand or where this person was running to. after a minute, the moment of epiphany hit him. that the one holding his hand, could be a kidnapper or a murderer and might be taking him into hostage. he mentally cursed at himself for following along and not even thinking twice about holding a stranger's hand.
"h-hey let go of me!" he managed to utter between breaths.
the other brunette though, kept his stoic demeanor and simply continued running towards god knows where.
jeongguk tried to struggle out of his hold, but all his efforts were in vain. the other brunette held his wrist even tighter now. jeongguk still tried to break free of his hold and groaned between struggles, but not for long.
"jung hoseok i said stop right there!!!"
that's what caught jeongguk off guard.
h-hoseok? could it be the hoseok in my comic..?
his mind was lost in thought as hoseok practically dragged him along, tripping over rough surfaces occasionally. jeongguk doesn't know how much more he can run. they've been dashing through the gushing wind and he could barely open his eyes from the pressure and honestly, he felt like his lungs were burning.
he debated glancing at hoseok's left shoulder.
sure enough, it was there.
the tattoo he just put on hoseok yesterday. and it was the exact same fucking one as the one he drew.
turning around, he saw jimin sprinting just inches behind them, eyes blaring into his, the moment his dumbass decided to look behind. there were 2 more random guys chasing them and jeongguk couldn't put a finger on their identity for now. their pace slowed when the two men behind them dissipated into the crowd as they ran towards what looked like an abandoned building to jeongguk.
all 3 of them were panting, catching their breaths as they tried to speak.
"now who the fuck are you?" hoseok's anger was evident in his voice.
