MEI'S POV:
Eto na! New school, new life, the start to a new beginning. I'm currently wearing my new uniform and I have never felt more flustered in my life, I have natural make up on, para Hindi halata yung manga pimples ko.... heheheheh. Nasaan na ba si tatay? Baka ma-late ako....
"TAY! Baka po na late ako...tapos na po ba kayong maligo?"
"Oo Nak teka lang, Kukunin ko Lang yung sumbrero ko"
"Sige po,hihintayin ko nalang po Kayo sa labas"
I went outside, the smell of the breeze here was a mix of early morning cooking of lugaw and tricycle...
"Nak, Tara na!"
I turn back just as I heard my grandpa's name
"Sige po tay tara na po"
As I looked around as we drove the tricycle I noticed something, that bread shop I used to see when I was little...where is it now?
"Nak, yun na yung school mo"
I turned as I saw a very big campus, bugger than the one I had in the US, many students with the same uniform walked around laughing and hitting each other looking very excited for their first day of school.
"Tay, sa tingin nyo po ba magkakaruon po ako nang kaibigan dito?"
"Syempre naman anak, and bait at Ganda mo kaya!"
"Oh Sige na tay way nyo na po along bolahin! Bye po"
"Sige Nak ENJOY!"
As I waived to my grandpa and watched him leave I turned around to familiarize my very new school...
"YOMIE!!"
I turned as I saw a bright smile, one I haven't seen in a very long time.
"YOMIE!!! BESH!!"
I can already feel that this school year and my life here is so much more different and more lively.
