Outline of the Plan

A. Titans infiltrate the bunker
-Miss Martian and Superboy fly ahead and meet the rest of the team by the coast.
-Submarine left on standby to dig into seafloor and flood bunker.
-Cyborg to remain on surface, monitoring the submarine, looking out, and providing any support necessary.
-Miss Martian will scout ahead to map out bunkers and count number of guards needed to be taken down.
-Rest of team will follow in stealth formation behind her, planting small bombs throughout.
-Locate and erase laboratory
>if possible, locate patented Wayne Enterprises chemical.
-Remove poached animals.
-Compile list of Ronny's partners to track.
B. Take Down the bunker
-Rendezvous on ground floor in warehouse.
-Detonate at high tide. Destroying the warehouse and flooding the bunker beneath it.
-Be on standby for law enforcement and animal control.
C. Arrest Ronny Boxer
-Utilizing trackers, locate Ronny and Jezebel.
-Once Jezebel is apprehended, M'gann will make her aware of the truth and persuade her to testify and give any additional information she can.
-Ronny is to be apprehended and taken straight to the police*
D. Follow up work
-Titans split into pairs or work individually to relocate rescued animals and flag down potential partners that may attempt to restart Ronny's business.
*Side note: Conjure up "accident" that will have Ronny delivered to P.I. (Bribing a cop under Isley's name could work)
