Worst Fear!

My worst fear is not succeeding you would think it would be scarier like
Drowning
Being kidnapped
Or dieing at a young age

But it's not
I want to be good enough
Get things I want in life
But in the back of my mind
I hear tiny voices creeping
In saying I'll never succeed
I'll be like my mother and father

Failures

I'll fail like the fallen soldiers of the rest of my family

But I want to prove them wrong I want to show the voices I'm better than what they say

I want to not fail but to succeed
To show the others I am good enough
To stand against the other fallen

So yes it's my worst fear
To not succeed
As I fear to turn out like the fallen

A broken puzzle and the peices are all wrong they won't fit like a broken song

So I say these words to you on a melody
Telling you my worst fear
