5 Months and a Kick

Four Months Later:

I'm five months pregnant and we find out the gender later today. Calum's been excited to be a dad and to find out the gender. We already have a list of names for the baby.

Names: Girls

Adeline Marie Hood, Asher Micaelha Hood, Rosemary Jayla Hood, Gabrielle Alexis Hood, Caley (Luke choose it) Emily Hood

Names: Boys

Henry Michael Hood, Jacob Henry Hood, Kaison Jayden Hood, Jai Dylan or Dillon Hood

I have a little bit of a big baby bump. I have a little trouble getting out of bed. I took a shower and got dressed http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=135228022. I went downstairs and grabbed a banana. Calum was on the couch. I sat on his lap and he wrapped his arms around me. "I love you and our baby. Are you ready to find out the gender?" he asked and I nodded. "What time is the appointment for?" he asked "Its at 11:30. What time is it now?" I asked "Its about 10:30. We have time wanna go get brunch." he said and I nodded "What are you craving?" he asked "Pancakes and muffins" I said. He grabbed the keys and we walked to the car. We drove to IHOP since it wasn't that far from the doctor. (a/n idk if they have IHOP in Australia. I don't live there and I'm not from there) We ordered our food and ate it then we paid and left. We drove to the doctor which takes five minutes. We got there and waited till they called my name. They called my name and asked some questions. They did an examination and said the baby was healthy. "Would you like to know the gender?" the doctor asked and I nodded "Yes, we would." Calum answered for me. "Your having a...Girl. Congrats!" the doctor said. I broke out into tears and Calum kissed me and our baby girl. We went home and decided how we tell the boys. Calum said he was gonna sing 'Good Girls' and put quotations on "girl". Then, I'd walk out wearing a pink shirt.

Calum's P.O.V

Haley and I decided how to tell the boys it's a girl. The boys were downstairs and Haley was changing her shirt. I walked downstairs with my guitar and started playing 'Good Girls'.

"She's a good "Girl" She's "Daddy's" favorite" 

Luke stopped me "Is it a girl" he asked and I nodded shyly. Haley walked downstairs in a pink shirt and hands on her baby bump. "Haley, are you okay?" I asked.

Haley's P.O.V

"Haley, are you okay?" Calum asked and I nodded "I think she heard her daddy singing and just got excited because she's kicking." I said while giggling. Calum came over to me and put his hands on my stomach. He kissed me then got down on his knees and kissed my stomach. "Mikey, can you order some pizza?" I asked "You craving pizza?" Michael asked and I nodded "What kind of pizza?" he asked "Meat lovers and Supreme" I said while smiling. Mikey ordered the pizza and it was delivered minutes later. We ate and talked about baby names. We decided on Adeline Marie Hood and if we have another girl Asher Micaelha Hood. If we have a boy Henry Michael Hood. Michael was excited that we choose his name for our boy's middle name. After we finished talking about baby names I was getting tired and a little moody. Everyone knows that when I'm really tired I get a little moody and wanna cuddle so I cuddle with Luke. I went over to Luke and cuddled with him till I fell asleep.

I woke up again to noise. I got up and went to the bathroom because I had to use the bathroom. After, I finished I went to the kitchen and saw Michael eating pizza. "Michael, what are you doing?" I asked "Eating pizza, want some?" he asked. I shook my head no. "Okay, did I wake you?" he asked "No, just a little." I said. "I'm sorry." he said "Its okay. Do we have bananas?" I asked "Yeah, Ashton keeps a stack of bananas." he said and I grabbed a banana. "Michael, what time is it?" I asked "About maybe 4am." he said and I looked at my phone and it said 4am. I looked shocked "What? Its still dark out and I woke up at 3:30am." he said. We talked for awhile and then we started to feel sleepy. So, we went back to where everyone was and cuddled till we fell asleep.

I woke up again and saw a confused Calum. I got up from a sleeping Michael. I explained everything that happened last night to Calum and he said it was okay. I went upstairs and took a shower. I got out and got dressed http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=135740019. I went downstairs and saw Calum and Luke talking. I went up to Calum and kissed his cheek. "Calum, can we go baby shopping?" I asked "Okay, what do you wanna go shopping for?" he asked "Paint but I can't go near the fumes and some baby clothes." I said "How many pairs of baby clothes and what colour paint?" he asked "Five pairs of baby clothes. Lavender and Baby Blue." I said "How do you want her room painted?' he asked "The walls lavender with baby blue dots or strips." I said "We can do one wall dots and the other strips and the same with the other walls." he said "We could put her in letters on the wall."  I said "Wood letters painted pink. In dots or strips?" he asked "Wherever we put the crib I want her name to be there." I said and he agreed "How many rooms do we have here?" I asked Luke "We have five rooms here" Luke said "That means someone has to give up their room" Calum said looking at me. "Fine, I'll give up my room but where's my stuff going to go" I said "You mostly slept with Calum so your bed's back in Australia. Your clothes are already in Calum's room. Most of your stuff is in Calum's room but you still get your own bathroom." Luke said and I nodded. "Which bathroom and why?" Calum asked "Calum, she gets the bathroom in her old room still until we start painting it then she'll share a bathroom with you. And, Calum, she's a girl who likes privacy." Luke explained. I grabbed the keys and grabbed Calum by the arm pulling him out the door. I threw him the keys and we got in the car. We drove to the baby store and got out. We bought a couple things and left. We drove to the paint store. Calum got out and I stayed in the car because I can't be around paint fumes. Calum came back with lavender and baby blue paint. We drove back home. We showed everybody what we bought http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=136089927. The boys put the paint in my old room. While the boys were planning on what to do to the room I was looking at cribs, cots, changing tables, strollers (prams), car seats, baby bags, baby clothes and anything else that babies need. I started feeling tired so I went up to Calum and I's room. I changed into some sweat pants and a tank top. As soon as my head hit the pillow I was fast asleep.

I went to the 1D/5SOS concert in New Orleans on 9/25/2014. It was amazing my throat was sore the next day and I sat next to the rudest girls. They were taking videos of people sing and sent it to people. So I took a video of them doing that and sent it to my friend and posted it on Instagram. If you wanna see the video I changed my Instagram name to @hemmo96forever. My twitter name is @katiev5sos. My YouTube name is Katie Vidal. I write this in my notebook and get in trouble in English and Math for writing it. My English teacher thinks I'm doing the work he gives us but when he asks to see what I got I turn the page in my notebook. Then, he asks what I was writing and I say it was personal.
