Chapter 3

Am I going to see him again?

Of course I am! He goes to my friggin' school!

I've only talked to this boy for 5 minutes! And it seems impossible for my me to stop thinking about him.

'Knock Knock'

I walked downstairs and into the corridor to open the front door. To make the scenes in my head even worse, Logan was standing in front of me.

''Hi Crystal, Is it ok if I come inside for a bit?'' His gentle voice asks me.

''Sure, my mum and dad are still at work anyway'' I once again tried to say as calmly as I could.

I led him into the Living room. You could say my house was a bit bigger than average; 6 en-suite bedrooms, Two Offices, Dining Room, Kitchen Area and the biggest of all, the Living Room. I heard Logan breathe 'wow' as we sat down on the Sofa.

''So... your like.... Rich?''

''It's not exactly the size of a mansion.'' I laughed back. However him thinking I was rich made me smile. No one had ever said that before.

''This place is way better than mine, my place is--'' he stopped talking and looked away.

''Are you okay, Is there something wrong at home? Your parents?'' I was confused to why he suddenly stopped, as if he's hiding something. I felt a bit worried for him actually.

''I'm fine honestly. I came here because your the first person i thought of really..and... I need somewhere to stay. Just for tonight. I know you hardly know me and i've-

'' -Yes! I mean, umm, my parents won't mind'' Shizzle. Obviously made that too clear! My mind refused to allow any other thoughts than the fact he could spend the night in my house.

''Are you sure? That's really kind of you, i could always go somehwere else if it's inconvenient?'' he said shocked

''I want you to stay, and i would like for us to get to know each other'' I stunned myself by what I said.

''Anything you say...'' he took my left hand and lightly squeezed it, giving me goosebumps all over.
