I sat on the couch, blankly staring at the wall

"You sure you wanna paint it green?" Haley asked as I carried in the paint cans
"Well, green is the colour of your eyes, so I have to say that it is the most beautiful colour the is" I kissed her
"You are so cheesy Mr. Malik" She laughed
"But you love it!" I said swinging my arms back
"Oh, I do" She whispered before kissing me
I cringed and turned away
My heart was aching, but not from Haley this time

I missed hearing her laugh and seeing her smile

"Whattttttttt" I groaned
"Zayn? Why haven't you answered us- Wait open the door!" Harry yelled
I dragged myself up and slowly walked to the door
I lifted my numb hand and opened the door
Harry walked right in, followed by Niall, Louis, and Liam
"Come right on in" I said sarcastically
"Zayn, I know about that Madison girl, but maybe it's not meant to be!" Harry said as he plopped onto my couch
We all sat on the couch with him
"She made me happy" I mumbled
"Then what happened?" Niall asked
"She reminded me of Haley. A lot"
"Maybe that's the reason why you thought you loved her" Liam stated
"I don't even know anymore. She reminds me of Haley, yet I love her everything"
"Why don't you try calling her?'' Louis asked
"She won't want to talk to me" I shrugged
"Well, how will you know if you don't try" Harry said
"I- I erm.. I don't know" I muttered
"Do you not want her back?" Liam questioned as he got up
"I don't know if I can call it love" I said
"Do you miss her?" Louis asked
"I think I do"
"Let's call her then!" Harry smiled as he grabbed me phone off the table
"HARRY" I shouted as I tried to grab him
Harry ran to the bathroom and locked the door
"Harry! Do not call her!" I yelled as I hit the door
I couldn't hear what he was saying but he came out moments later grinning
"You have a date with her tomorrow" Harry said smugly
"Really?" I asked
"She missed you as much as you missed her" He smiled
"She missed me" I blushed slightly
"Well, have fun at IHop tomorrow at 7" Harry said
"Let' go eat, I'm hungry" Niall complained
"Wanna go out Zayn?" Liam asked
"Nandos?" I asked and Niall jumped up
"LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO " He shouted as he ran out of the house
