The sorting

The girl walked in to the castle with Hermione by her side. She was very scared and really wanted to get sorted into Slytherin with Draco. Draco was her best friend in the whole world, her only friend besides Hermione, and she really didn't want to disappoint him and be in another house. "Snape, Elizabeth" The professor shouted from the stool. She breathed in and walked up shaking from anxiety and fear. She sat down on the stool and thought to herself. 'Slytherin please be Slytherin' she thought then she heard a voice that made her jump. "Slytherin eh?" The hat chuckled "funny, that's very interesting, I could see you going a number of different ways yes, your smart but also sweet, very daring, but also ambicous.... better be... SLYTHERIN" the hat shouted out to the great hall. She groaned quietly but put up a fake smile and unwillingly strutted over to the table eyes Hermione as she walked knowing her friend wouldn't last nothing good usually did. Hermione vowed to make time for her on the weekends and in her free time knowing she didn't have many other friends at all and Draco and Pansy Parkinson barley even counted.

Lizzie/ Lizards POV:
The only thing Draco was good for was complaining, listening to him talk about his money, or him whining about Harry Potter. I'm honestly starting to think they are in love or something.... Then again Draco never did talk  about girls it was always a boy he was obsessed with. Oh my god, Draco's gay for Harry Potter! Ha! I'm betting Hermione twenty Sickles that's true! Oh... I forgot, she's in Gryffindor and I'm in Slytherin. I guess I'll have classes with her and maybe free time? I'm gonna look to the positive and say yes! The feast was amazing and I barely eat a lot but today I ate soooo much! I'm stuffed and really tired. We are walking down to the dungeons and Flint shows us where the common room is and I couldn't believe we were so far under the school that we could see underneath the black lake! I walked up to my dormitory which I shared with snobby other girls and I didn't even bother unpacking all the way I just took out my blanket and fell right asleep, looking forward to the day ahead. My first day as a normal student of Hogwarts!
