"Do you have lots of workloads to do", Woojin walked to Nayeon's booth.
Woojin is the vice president of the country's #1 sports retail brand. He had been showing his interest towards Nayeon since the first time he saw her. That isn't a secret and Nayeon herself knows but since then they've set the boundaries.
Nayeon, on the other, works under the advertising department of the company and she's one of the team leaders.
"I don't really have much to do today", Nayeon eyes him, wondering why the other asked.
"Let's go for lunch then", Woojin tilts his head, waiting for an answer. Nayeon then starts to fix her desk. After doing so, she stood from her chair and walked away with Woojin.
"Woojin-ah", Nayeon broke the silence as they were waiting for their order.
Actually it wasn't unusual for them to have a meal together every now and then. But usually all they talk about is the company, business or problems related to work. They haven't talked about anything very personal.
"Yes, noona?"
"I just wanted to tell you that", the girl clears her throat, "I'm getting married soon."
Woojin coughed, having Nayeon to hand him his glass of water. "T-thank you for the water noona. But I didn't know you have a boyfriend, Wow, I really lost, didn't I", nobody could deny the fact that he sounded salty.
Nayeon just giggled. "Haven't I mentioned anything? Well actually, I'm in love with a girl."
Woojin's brows furrowed at the revelation, laughing a bit. "What a surprise", he shakes his head as if trying to get rid of the newfound information.
"So when are you getting married?"
Just then, their meal arrived, cutting off their conversation. As they were munching the good food, Woojin decided to ask again about the wedding.
"Around next year. And I am of course inviting you. Don't miss it out."
The guy stops eating, shaking his head with a chuckle, "Noona, wouldn't I be a martyr to do that?"
"You might have probably moved on by that time and besides, you had bounded yourself from me since the first day. I guess there's nothing wrong in attending my special day", Nayeon tried to convince him with all that she can. After all, they both have a really great bond.
"Okay okay, fine", Woojin made faces, Nayeon mirroring his actions.

Nayeon's phone that was on the table kept ringing, it was a call and it read "Hon" with a black heart.
"Heol heart of stone", Woojin teased her.
"Yah", she threw him the crumpled napkin and got a hold of her phone. She signaled him to shush his mouth.
"Hi, hon. Have you had your lunch", Nayeon just watches Woojin who was happily eating. "That's good. Yeah, I'm having mine right now. Well, actually destination weddings are so in right now, yes? Why don't we try that. Ahh", she suddenly sounded down, earning a worried look from the guy across her. "Ahh sure, that sounds fine. Then we'll pick which church we should go to. Whatever you want. Okay take care. I love you."
She heaved a sigh once she ended the call.
"Anything wrong? What did you guys talk about", Woojin asked then gesturing for her to continue her meal.
"None really. She just called to check on me and ask which type of wedding ceremony should we have. We haven't really finalized with the wedding planner but we'll meet him again by next week. She wants a simple church wedding", she shared, Woojin just listening to her.
